Does this matter? As you say, the game is so big anyway the time difference is almost irrelevant. This just means Microsoft gave Bethesda some extra money for the deal, which in my eyes, is a good thing. Hoorah!
Bribes are not a good thing.
Yet it's a bribe for almost no gain whatsoever. Bethesda have just got money and no one really loses out.

Old news, you've already revealed the benefit for being a part of the 360 master race.
Actually I would call 360 anything but master race. When you can download mods, play on keyboard, free multiplayer, then we can talk about it being the master race. Until then continued to bend over and... Blast, I can't finish that sentence without repercussions.

pic related. And I have a 360 FYI. But TBH i don't really care I'm sure Skyrim is big enough without DLC or expansions. Still havn't finished oblivion.

I'm not annoyed with Bethesda when they do this.

I do get annoyed with Microsoft though.

Mainly because a few months ago MS claimed to be fully committed to PC gaming. If they were then, imo, PC and 360 should both get the same time exclusive window and release at same time.

Before any PS3 owners shout at me I make my point solely with regards to MS' stance on PC gaming, I'll leave others to argue to wider points :)
If a politician is bribed, do you blame only the briber or do you also blame the politician who took the bribe?
These arent publicly elected figures. Theyre businesses. And its perfectly legitimate for one business to cut another a timed exclusivity deal. Theres nothing shady about it.

As long as the first PC mods keep getting released 'Infinity' days before the first XBox 360 mods I'm not complaining....

2 things I hate about Skyrim.

1: The voice acting sound quality. If you listen closely, it sounds like everyone is trapped in a small wooden box. It seems that they haven't used a proper recording studio.

2: Left-handed only shields. You can choose between left-click for right hand (and vice versa), but that is fucking annoying to play, or you can play left hand-left click (for example, to block), but that means you right-click to kill shit. And that is bullshit.

Other than that, I would have sold my soul to play this game. It is awesome.

It's okay, PC got mods. Better than DLC.

Also, time for me to be a nag:

SLAIN! That's the word you're looking for. When the last dragon is slain.

Slayed is an extremely awkward word to pronounce. That's why we invented slain in the first place.

Oh Andy Chalk you cheeky mother****er. :)

I don't care though. As someone who got into voice acting for a while, I'll ALWAYS argue in favor of slain.
slayed..

"sleighed"...pronounced the same way, am i right?

i know that slain is the word of choice here..but just saying, by pronunciation alone it is a word.

I don't know why anyone (Edit: who has a choice of system) would bother getting Skyrim for anything other than PC, given how great the mods for Oblivion were.
I have a choice, and I don't like mods or keyboards. I would much prefer paid content made by a professional thats why I bought it for 360

Here's hoping that it will be horse armor 2.0 and something new... like women's clothing for male characters. After that comes the worthwhile dlc.

Why do this again Bethesda?
You do realise that your sales for DLC went dramatically down on the PS3 because you held it off for so long?

Fed up of this...
I doesn't seem Bethesda particularly care. It really seems like they have something against non-360 gamers. I mean, when have you ever seen one of their games demoed on a different platform? Anyway, hopefully they'll follow up on that suggestion of mod support for the PS3 in a future patch.

Well, I guess both DLCs will be out by the time I actually get Skyrim, so whatever.

But I'm still disappointed by Microsoft's lack of commitment to Windows as a gaming platform.

Why are people complaining about the xbox folk getting the DLC early? It must means they'll be the suckers who get to tell us whether or not they wasted $5-15 for the privilege!

Besides, who the hell needs DLC when you've got mods! First thing I'll get is some sort of graphics enhancer, 'cause my PC can handle more. Yes...it likes displaying fancy graphics. The computing hurts it sooo good...

Stupid thing is that the studio doesnt seem to be where they went wrong.

Theres a teaser on the score and voicework of Skyrim ("The Sound of Skyrim" on youtube) that shows it well at the end, imo. They have Christopher Plummer doing great voicework, and they show clips of him in the studio doing his lines. Then right at the end they show a full in-game clip for the part he is voicing, and all the character and "gravel" has been edited out of the voice.

So the problem comes somewhere in the editing process, not the recording. They sucked the life out of it.

No wonder business ethics no longer exist.
