Morrowind sucks. I never really knew what is it that people loved about that game. Horrible game that forces you to grind just to HIT your enemy? It invalidates every other weapon in game unless you manage to grind every single weapon into a level where you can actually HIT the damn enemy. Don't forget the tons of cliff racers always coming at you the moment you step 5 feet outside of a town! These guys make early game exploring annoying, I mean fun!
Besides, people are more interested in the Snow Elves/Falmer, and getting to see Skyrim's rendition of Solstheim. Crossbows are just a bonus.

Main points I can see from this are glow-y eyes, a quiver (bolts maybe?), Dovahkiin looks slightly rougher (beard looks thicker, eyes a bit sunken. Could maybe hinting that he's a vampire in this shot). Meh. Slightly annoyed this is all they've let out but I wasn't expecting too much. Hopefully this means it's going to be big.
If they include crossbows that'd be awesome, so long as it's bonuses are included within the archery tree so I don't have to reroll just to use it effectively.
All i've gotta really say is anyone who looks at the creation kit concerning just the Skyrim.esm and clicks onto actors then a random npc, goes into preview, I noticed snow elves, and also crossbow animations months ago.....? And thats just the bare master esm without the updates. So i'm quite surprised this is only being picked up now.

But when referred to as a Snow Elf it means back when they were dominant of Skyrim and were their own race.
After being enslaved and driven into complete oppresion by the Dwarves (which is Dwemer in elven tongue), they BECAME known as the Falmer.
It's like the use of Orc for short for Orsimer. They were, I believe Altmer but I could be wrong, at least some variation of -mer, and were cursed for being followers of Malakath when he was a champion of the, again I believe, Altmer, so theyre now called Orc.
Agreed. Morrowind, though I'm sure thought of as a masterpiece (and believe me after playing it I can see why), was the most boring, hollow, skull-dragging excuse of a game I've ever played.Thatrocketeer said:
