I use to be really interested in Marble Hornets when I found it a long time ago while it was still under 5 episodes long. Now this whole second season has really killed it for me.

The end of season 1 was my breaking point. I forget which entry it was, but Jay puts up 2 security camera with timestamps up while he sleeps. One outside his door and one inside his bedroom. When he opens the door to walk outside...

I used to really like the "marble hornets" series too, but now, I find it slightly humourous. That's probably the sole reason why I still watch it.

I mean, the past couple of eps is just him wandering around a hotel going "where am I?" which has killed all the tension. When it was set in a wooded area I found it genuinely creepy as I live in a wooded area too.

Marble Hornets (which has very little coverage of marble and none whatsoever of hornets) did expand on his myth a little bit...

It is incredibly fast-moving and maybe even invisible when not being seen in a photograph or through a camera... it induces amnesia when nearby... it causes electronic devices to have weird glitches and maybe even capture sounds of the past and future... it causes severe coughing over long exposure... it takes on human "ambassadors" who wear masks and over time become something more like him...

Really, Marble Hornets is awesome. If it's daylight out and you don't scare too easily, watch the hell out of it. It's very clever and well-done.

Who's idea was it for this time travel bull to happen every other episode? What ever happened to the good old fashioned method of seeing slenderman's no faceness pop out of no where. That was enough to scare me. It just got stupid now.

Err... I still like the show, I still think the tension is there, especially with these last two episodes. As for why slendy hasn't been seen, unless you count the TTA videos, slendy has not been seen from Jay's perspective, ever. Only from Alex. That'd be why theres been little slendy, cause we haven't been looking from Alex's perspective for a while now.
