The way I see it, if you get the powers of one anime character, it becomes the most powerful anime character ever (you) vs. the most powerful anime character ever (the one you copied) and every other threatening anime character ever. Sooooo, no hope as far as I see it.
I'll go with the ability to transform into near anything (Envy from FMA, and God knows how many others) and either
-kill off the original to get on the winning side, or

Damn OP, going for Alucard is pretty much overkill, so you will just take a beating, and add to your opponent how pitiful their attempt to hurt you was, and destroy them in a matter of seconds.

I would go for Ichigo (I hate bleach) but this is one character who have a deus-ex-machina generator hidden in his orange colored hair.

The bastards wouldn't be able to stop pointing out that i had a gun and that it was killing them...reguardless of how many times it had been said before.

What if they're powerful enough to not be killed by bullets (ex. the kind of shonen villain who gives monologues) or took precautions? You'll be wishing you asked for that big, shiny mech, wouldn't you?

first of all i asked for a gun that killes reguardless of powers. Second of all anime characters can't take precautions without spending an episode or 10 explaining exactly what they're doing and by then i, and everyone in the country would know what they're up to. (in case your wondering, i'm making fun of how bad the writing is in most animes)

What if they took precautions off-screen, so by the time they deliver a monologue they're already protected?

Can't say anything about a gun that kills regardless of powers, but that would be the most powerful anti-personnel weapon ever.

(disclaimer: I know you're making fun of DBZ-style tendencies to drag the plot out. Most anime series are actually between 13 and 26 episodes, it's just the long shonen series that get famous)
