So, from what I can see, all you lucky bastards in America seem to have the release date as today for this awesome game.

However... it seems i have another 3 days wait on my hands before i can grab my copy..
And today i am going to Pre-order the "limited edition"? with the cards and stuff like that, and yes.. it will be the first game i have ever pre ordered and bought a special edition of.. but damn it looks worth it.

However one question that I need to ask is.. Can you use the pre-order bonus code, for multiple accounts?

In other words will i be able to get

This cool shit on all of the people that i make?

Because how I see it, it would mainly be useful on a "hardcore mode" account due to having a canteen so you don't get dehydrated as easily. I just don't want to waste it on my easy first run through..

Also, just to get some convo rolling..

Me too, but I won't be able to pick it up until Sunday, at the very earliest. And even then I'll have to wait for my roomates to get off FIFA long enough to let me play

The only games I ever pre - ordered were Pokemon Diamond and Fallout:NV. The only special edition of a game I ever got was Oblivion - but that's because it was second hand, and ironically cheaper than the normal editions. As far as I can tell, all the extra stuff was untouched by the previous owner.

I pre-ordered Red Dead Redemption, because I was so damn excited about the game. I didn't really care about any of the extra DLC I got because my xbox isn't hooked up to the internet; I just wanted to beat the rush and ensure I got a copy.

My Friend just got his copy from EB games, 3 days early. In australia.

I preordered on STEAM.

2 days, 14 hours to go....

The thing that pisses me off though is that the damed counter is wrong

It claimed that it would come out at 4AM today.

I'm a bit worried that there aren't any reviews up yet for it even on American sites on launch day either. That's usually not a good sign regarding the quality of a release. Still, I have faith they won't be able to screw up Bethesda's overall template from Fallout 3 too badly.

The only Special Editions I remember pre-ordering are Resident Evil 5 and C&C3: Kane Edition, both for being venerable series (until C&C4, that was...). I've got plenty of Special Editions bought later on though, Including TES: Oblivion, Fallout 3, Unreal Tournament 3, The Witcher, Far Cry 2, MGS4, and Warcraft 3.

OK, thank you. I only looked under the PS3 version and there weren't any reviews up yet there. I assumed they would list them across platforms, but of course the PS3 release has been worse off for this series in the past.

That's pretty much my thoughts and hopes on it as well. Fallout 3 was one of my favourite games, so a new wasteland to explore and then focusing on ironing out the bugs and improving stability would make me very happy. Unfortunately the latter doesn't seem to be the case [http://www.giantbomb.com/fallout-new-vegas/61-25933/reviews/]. And the PS3 version for this series I'll be stuck with is even worse off technically if experience holds true.

I'm getting it from Play.com, so I get the Caravan Pack. I am in the UK, and ordered it yesterday. They said they would send it out in 24 hours so, if I am lucky, I COULD get it Thursday...when I have a full day in college so I won't be able to play it until 5pm.
