Nobody says you have to sit down and eat a whole jar of it in one sitting. Like everything else, moderation. For the longest time, I didn't care much for raw tomatoes. Sun-dried tomatoes, in a sauce, roasted, I enjoyed pretty much every other variety but raw, ugh. I'm getting better now but there's no way I could bite in to a tomato and enjoy it.
