So recently i started working out (i'm quite overweight) and been doing weight and aerobic trainings.
But this weekend had to go out to lake entrance with my parents for the weekend and stayed in a crappy hotel with no tv had notthing to do so i had a lot of time to think like litterally the whole weekend 72 hours of just sitting there thinking (i dont get very well along with my parents).
But 'nyway at some point or another i started thinking about this girl for the first few hours then more and more and more then all of a sudden BAM! i realized how much i actually like her.
But so heres my problem, i like this girl and i want her to like me but at my school (im 15 and in middle school) all this is simply based on first impressions and physical attrections, but only rarely its flirting (the rest of the time its only a friend of a friend of a friend etc. etc. etc.
so basicly i have 2 questions (lot of build up for 2 questions)
my first is if i worked out every 2nd day how much would i lose in about i dont know 2 months?
and my second is how the **** do i open a conversation with her i think im gonna do it but then when i get the chance i just freeze up (i've had self confidence issues all my life) but i've had to speak in front of 2000 people before and not even felt the slightest bit nervous but this is different.
EDIT: please dont just say be a gentleman the oppertunity will arise itself because i've tried that and it doesn't even seem to get noticed
