So i have this problem...

So recently i started working out (i'm quite overweight) and been doing weight and aerobic trainings.
But this weekend had to go out to lake entrance with my parents for the weekend and stayed in a crappy hotel with no tv had notthing to do so i had a lot of time to think like litterally the whole weekend 72 hours of just sitting there thinking (i dont get very well along with my parents).
But 'nyway at some point or another i started thinking about this girl for the first few hours then more and more and more then all of a sudden BAM! i realized how much i actually like her.

But so heres my problem, i like this girl and i want her to like me but at my school (im 15 and in middle school) all this is simply based on first impressions and physical attrections, but only rarely its flirting (the rest of the time its only a friend of a friend of a friend etc. etc. etc.
so basicly i have 2 questions (lot of build up for 2 questions)
my first is if i worked out every 2nd day how much would i lose in about i dont know 2 months?
and my second is how the **** do i open a conversation with her i think im gonna do it but then when i get the chance i just freeze up (i've had self confidence issues all my life) but i've had to speak in front of 2000 people before and not even felt the slightest bit nervous but this is different.
EDIT: please dont just say be a gentleman the oppertunity will arise itself because i've tried that and it doesn't even seem to get noticed

in 2 months...depends on the schedule, but there is probably a user group?, i think there was

also, i have this on a smaller scale, then again, i just then talk to her on MSN...so in summary, get her email?..or something :/

as much as this is a win i doubt it will work cause my friends played a practical joke involving a pernament voicemail which i cant seem to get rid off making me seem like an absolute freak
but anyway i got a rough (crappy) workout plan
10 min jog on treadmill ?WARMUP
2 sets of 15-20 biceps (behind head and lift up)
2 sets of 15-20 chest
2 sets of 15-20 biceps (lift up in front of me)
10 mins of rowing
10 min jog on treadmill
2 sets of 15-20 chest
2 sets of 15-20 biceps
2 sets of 15-20 triceps
10 mins on walkie armie thing.
10 min cool down on treadmill
Stretches
had this for weeks before putting it in action

I'd say the change would be noticeable,..but I'm not exactly the most "active" so yeah..don't take my "advice" to heart or whatever XD

Wait did you say you went to lakes entrance? Not as in Lakes Entrance in Gippsland?

Edit: And if its weight you want to lose, try just walking for and hour a day. Thats a good easy way to go, but other than that good work on the workout.

I can't answer either of your questions, unfortunately. I rarely exercise and eat total crap, but miraculously I'm not fat. As for the second question, I never talk to girls. Other than my younger sisters. And my mum.

First off... you're 15 so dont get too bent outta shape over all this. If you cant seem to approach her directly find someone she knows who you can approach and work that angle. As for working out, try running 3 miles do 100 crunches and 20 pull-ups every day.

It depends how much you weigh at the moment and your build really. If you are larger you lose more weight faster but then the amount of weight you lose gets smaller, the less you weigh. I'd also recommend eating mostly spicy food. It increases your metabolism so you can eat more but burn it off faster. NOT CURRY THOUGH, the amount of calories in that is too big so it'll counteract it. Try spicy stir-frys. Gets you plenty of veg too.

basicly the way i would put it the same figure as homer simpson but fatter legs and neck but not abnormally big eyes

This one will happen regardless of your weight. You sort pf have to be obvious, a bit cocky and remain a gentleman, it's a fine line but you will figure it out pretty quickly.

If you want to add some good cardio to your workout and you live near a pool or something, might I suggest some swimming? Start off by easing yourself into it then gradually increase your distance and speed. I had an overweight friend who enjoyed swimming much more than running because he felt more comfortable in the water (dunno why) and he lost a ton of weight! I also immensely enjoy swimming myself :D

For the second part, just talk to her man, either she'll accept you or she won't. If not, then maybe you should direct your interest at other girls out there.

Edit: If you don't want to open up conversations over the phone, then facebook chat or something of the like is a pretty good way to open yourself up a little more to her, plus the conversation can stay fairly light-hearted since you have time to think of what you wanna say as well as come up with jokes and stuff. Most girls will be more receptive to a guy who can make them genuinely laugh (in my personal experience)

not exercising for a chick been doing this before that just figured that i might be able to work it in my favor also... as much as i hate to admit it never really been in a relationship
and besides that my dad and my best friend used to make fun of me for hanging out with this chick i knew and as a 7 year old at the time this programmed itself into my mind and i gotta find some way to overcome this

swimming wouldn;t be a problem if i actually lived anywhere near a swimming pool used to do loads of it entered competitions... then games came along and ****ed shit up
also for just moving on im not really the kind to do that i just keep on tying and trying no matter what
