Ratchet and Clanks preform high as platformers with guns. Not a "kid's game" at all, really made for everyone. Helps that it's main audience of players are in their twenties.

Uncharted 2 for strong Indiana Jones/Tomb Raider game play with solid multi-player.

Valkyria Chronicles for strategy RPG with a cartoonish, but rather deep, First World War remake.

Demon's Souls is what I recommend most. Huge world to explore it's labyrinth, castles, and battlefields against a hoard of the undead, dragons, and other fictional beasts. Solid game play and battle mechanics in which if you get hurt or die, it's because you made a mistake.
Online system use is great for clues, hints, back up, and Player vs Player.

im an xbox 360 owner so i cant say much, but if god of war 3 is anything like 2, i'd recommend that.... also uncharted 2 looks very good.... i'd definetly recommend metal gear solid 4... but if you havent played the previous titles in the series, you wont get the full experience. also you will have absolutely no idea as too what is going on =P

Why is every body saying infamous but prototype?

Prototype is a great game.

It's not an exclusive.
Plus, it's pretty generic. Not that it's bad. just nothing new.

Well infamous isn't exactly breaking any molds, assassins creed meets knights of the old republic 2.

What games have the main character who can do what Alex mercer does? I assume the wall running is off the hulk.

Just really a 'mature', as in wonderfully gory, version of Spiderman 2. Problem is it does somewhat come down to the "The Simpsons did it" problem that almost everything has been done before. Though Prototype's graphics are a bit abysmal for whatever reason =\

The Simpson's law (like Murphy's law) that everything has been done before is probably the reason were seeing things like Halo 3, MW2, Diablo 3 etc.

As for the graphics I don't see any major difference, maybe when you destroy a nest in prototype the graphics aren't that great but overall I wouldn't say there that bad.

Even if you have played the other MGS games you still wont understand whats going on. Haha
