This just for having red hair, it baffles me.

I've had people yell '******' at me out their car windows and then drive off which makes them think they're tough guys now or something. So I understand your anger at the fact he drove off. If it's any consolation to you --this always cheers me up-- remember that the people who do shit like will most likely never amount to anything; they'll live and die in the same street and the world won't mourn their passing.

On the other hand, I feel it'd be nice if every time such a person did such a thing, they got a flat tire or had their transmission go out on the way home, so I'm not much better.

I'm friends with a number of you freckly people, two of my closest friends are gingers and despite the fact that I make fun of them for it (in a joking way, of course) I've never understood all the hate for you lot.

In that kind of situation I've usually found it best to yell back or, if they're on foot, say something so extreme they think you're batshit insane and leave you alone. Example, I'll skull-fuck you or something along those lines. It may be a bit extreme but obviously you're not going to and they'll think twice about trying anything.
