Refusing to number them, because then it would just be in reverse order of when i played them.
-Serious Sam 3: BFE
-Dark Souls
-(Ultimate) Marvel vs. Capcom 3
Those are the 3 games released this year that gave me the most enjoyment, and yes, SS3 made it there despite the fact i havent played it for more than 3 hours yet.
Runner up mentions;
-Portal 2
-Resistance 3
-Dead Space 2
-inFamous 2
And games that i have yet to play that i feel may make either the top 3 or runner up list;
-Skyrim
-Rayman: Origins
-Assassins Creed: Revelations
-Lord of the Rings: War in the North[footnote]WB delayed the UK release by 3 weeks, otherwise i would have a final opinion by now, *sigh*... 2 days left...[/footnote]
And finally the games a regret buying;
-Duke Nukem Forever
-Bulletstorm, I actually forgot i even owned it up until a couple of weeks ago. Im now convinced that Epic cannot oversee a memorable game to save its metaphorical life.
Everything else ive either not bought or falls in between 'runner up' and 'regret'.
