Christ - makes me the only one still reading User Friendly then? :|

Otherwise, CAD. Different people, different things - but PA doesn't cut it much these days. Still has moments of genius though.

Sexy Losers always made me laugh, as does Cyanide & Happiness.

Loves:
Penny-Arcade is consistent as well as consistently good. Sometimes their jokes are a little too complex for the three panel format, but by and large they're the best they are at what they do.
VG-Cats is inconsistent, but when it's good, it's really, really good. Recent lack of updating hurts a lot too.
Shortpacked is awesome, despite it being sort of a niche comic. Walky's art is always getting better and the characters grow without shoving the story in ridiculous directions (I'm looking at you Mega-Tokyo and Ctrl-Alt-Del).
Questionable Content is cool, since it's regular and always improving.
Order of the stick is god damned gold.
Dr. McNinja is everything that is good about webcomics, though his long-view style of writing is sometime hampered by the format though it always pays off in the end.

Things I don't like:
Ctrl-Alt-Del will always be the K-mart Cola to Penny-Arcade's Crystal Pepsi (The best pepsi ever). Having the main character being an insufferable, unlikable idiot is not interesting...it just makes him an insufferable, unlikable idiot *coughFrankMiller'sBatmancough*. The move away from gag-a-day style to a continuous story lines made the comic even more unbearable, and now I only continue to read it out of some odd streak of masochism...maybe I like getting mad at it for sucking so I can feel better when I read...
Megatokyo. This once great comic lampooned games, manga, otaku; you name it, they teased it in a funny way. The comic had heart and humor, and the characters were interesting and their adventures worth following. It has now become the worst example of the things it once parodied...like David Hasselhoff off the wagon, it vomits and slurs all over the room as it attempts pathetically to dine; bloated and out-of-shape, this comic is past its prime and should be put down. Except in Germany, it's huge there.

Comics I still like:

Penny Arcade, almost a cliche at this point, though I've been reading it since the Tribes strips, maybe that helps.
The Perry Bible Felowship, which I only found out about this year, but have since read in full and thuroughly enjoyed
Exploitation Now, which I still like despite its completion. I own the book. It was a very strange little story, but I still enjoy flipping through it every now and then.
CAD Sucks, which is a hillarious little project some opponents of Ctrl+Alt+Del put together. I think their attention span has since moved on, but I found the ribbing of CAD to be very amusing. I'm sure some people like CAD, and I'll admit it's occasionally funny, but if you can't admit the faults outlined here, you're just being fanatical.

Comics I used to read:
Megatokyo Every few months I'll go back and read up to see if anything has happened. Usually there are 3 or 4 new strips and nothing has.
8-bit I dunno if it's gotten better, but it got rather repetative

There was an RPG parody comic too (yeah, I'm being super specific), but I can't remember its name. Had some rather tradtionally cartooney drawings, er... there was a wizard and a fighter at the beginning. Yeah, that still doesn't really narrow it down... there was... a bard, some chick with a gun... this was like... six years ago. If anyone can remember what I might be talking about, that'd be great. The fact that it is generic to all RPGs and very difficult to describe was kind of the joke...

EDIT: By reading back up through the list again, I caught it in one of the more lengthy lists. It was Adventurers! (exclamation point being part of the title rather than my excitement). I should go see what ever happened to that in the past few years.

I didn't mention XKCD because either you love it already or you don't get it.

I don't think anyone else listed those.

On the other hand, the following webcomics suck and are not funny:
CAD
Dueling Analogs
Extra Life
Fanboys

I read several:

Concerned, because Gmod+silliness=awesome (shame it's over);
8-Bit Theatre, because of Black Mage (and the pie);
F@nboy$, haven't read this in a while;
VGCats, Update goes where???;
Lackadaisy, because it's brilliant (anthropomorphic rumrunner cats during the Prohibition and colored in sepia);
XKCD, for the nerdiness (Philosopher Baiting FTW!);
Dueling Analogs (Rejected Mega Man Villians kick ass);
Dr. McNinja (a year since I read this, but still pretty cool);
Perry Bible Fellowship (one of the strangest things on the internet)

EDIT: Just started reading Order of the Stick and can't stop. As I recently started playing DnD as well, I understand the jokes, and although it's not always funny, it's still great.

I'm a bit of a webcomic freak.

Here are mine, in order of awesomeness.

RPG World - It'll update again, you just wait...
Lackadaisy - Brilliant and beautiful.
XKCD - What else is there to say?
Dresden Codak - Similar to XKCD, but both more and less accessible.
Errant Story - Very awesome in every way.
No Need for Bushido - Surprisingly well written.
Megatokyo - This is exactly the kind of crap I'm addicted to.
Order of the Stick - Essential for anyone who's ever played Dnd.
El Goonish Shive - Shut up, I don't care what you think.
Purgatory Tower - Incredible art, although it's moving kind of slowly right now.
Dominic Deegan - 'cause I'm sentimental.
WTF - Updates are painfully sporadic.
Alpha Shade - Really really ridiculously good looking, but updates once or twice a month.
Nahast: Lands of Strife - interesting plot, but updates even less often.
Sequential Art - I like the style.
Zebra Girl - Very cool, but almost no updates.
Questionable Content - Enjoyable characters.
Flaky Pastry - Weird, cool, and hard to describe.
Out There - Excellent writing and characters.
CVRPG - Childish? Maybe. Funny? Yes.
Paradigm Shift - Werewolves in New York!
Marry Me - Extremely inconsistent updates.
Applegeeks - It's funny.
Zap! - Cool, but only updates once a week, down from twice.
CAD - For obvious reasons.
8-bit Theater - For obvious reasons.
Ugly Girl - I don't know what to say about this one.
Dreamland Chronicles - I like it because it's good, dammit.
Misfile - Again, it's an aesthetic thing.
Octopus Pie - A very indie webcomic, as redundant as that sounds.
God Mode - The new author is amazing.
The Wotch - It's like daytime television, except it's good.
VG Cats - Funny, sometimes, but it doesn't have anything to keep me coming back.
Spiky-Haired Dragon, Worthless Knight - The characters are whiney, but it's still enjoyable.
Slightly Damned - Cute and fluffy.
DMFA - Fluffy.
Darken - Weird, but interesting.
PHD - University humour.
Least I Could Do - Sex humour.
Too Much Information - It's better than it looks. Honest.
Cwen's Quest - I know nothing about this; I started it this week.
Sore Thumbs - I read this mostly out of habit.
Candi - It's... ok.
Abstract Gender - Looks kind of dead.
Aoi House - I am ashamed.

How can no one have mentioned MEN IN HATS?(www.meninhats.com) One of the Greatest webcomics ever!

However do not read the bitchy whining by the author on the last post ever if you would like to keep any respect for the author of such coolness.

I also read
cyanide and happiness
Ctrl Alt Del

an old goodie:
Captain Suppository
Dont blame me if its crap I have not read it in years

Seriously I use to have over 100. But I've cut down to probably twenty now. But it's sad to see that some of the great comics are mentioned alot.

Namely, Kid Radd. Seriously that comic is legendary for using a unique style that I have yet to see duplicated. People should seriously read it. The sad part is that it has ended although the ending was quite enjoyable. http://home.att.net/~miller.daniel.r/index.htm

Download it and read it.

The only things which are not mentioned or mentioned often are:

Bigger Than Cheeses (just utter randomness now and still enjoyable with the Bizzare Linkage)
Devil's Panties (No it isn't Satanic Porn)
Dominic Deegan (I love the pencil art and it updates every week with 8 panels)
Everything Jake (Seriously some of the best writing ever. Just wish that the book could still be purchased)
KhoasKomix (Because it defies the normal)
Snafu Comics in general (Many comics here and the ones by Bleedman are INCREDIBLE! SERIOUSLY!)
Something Positive (Because I have a cynical jerk side to me as well and I need my daily dose of pure cynicalism.)
Dr. Mcninja (He's a ninja, it's funny and it works with great art updating 3 times a week.)
Weregeek (nothing truly special yet but I'm a total nerd and sometimes I would like to see what a D&D or Shadowrun or Star wars RPG would look like in comic form.)
Wandering Ones (Yet again one of those Lost Legendary Webcomics. Incredibly interesting in how the whole thing operates and I'm still mystified if it can actually end. And in this is pretty serious and people aren't "all powerful" but a handful of people learning to look after themselves.)
Better Days (Interesting Animal comic which deals in a variety of issues.)
Shadow Girls (FULL COLOR THREE TIMES A WEEK! SERIOUSLY! How do they do it! It's amazing and even though it's jsut starting out I can't wait for it to really get out there.)
