Viruses can easily infect explorer.exe, and no it is not illegal at all, and the file is not specific to you, so no it is nothing like a license, it is just a file.Soylent Bacon said:Is it illegal? It was corrupted. I got a friend to send me a copy. The copy was
64-bit. Now I no longer have the file.
