I hate Queen. More specifically, I hate Freddie Mercury's voice. It feels like nails on a chalkboard in my brain
Man, you must be lonely, not finding any like-minded people there. Freddie's voice (actually precipitated by the unusual shape of his jawline) was the secret weapon of the band and he knew it.

OT: There's lots of things to hate in the world, both straight up and via snarky comments. For now, I would like to say Bob Dylan...except that he's not loved by 'everybody'. His is a voice you can't compare to Freddie Mercury.

Snapbacks, and those hideous skirts that are short at the front and long at the back.
Also Charlie Sheen and religious debates.

People on various forums who actually say "keelah se'lai". It makes me cringe every time, and people still do it!

Peter Jackson in general and his shitty ass interpretation of Tolkien's work in particular. Read the books, then see if you can stomach the films.

Mass Effect 2. There are several reasons, but the most glaring reason is fucking Thermal Clips.

TV Network Degradation. From MTV to SciFi to Cartoon Network to History Channel to Travel Channel to all other channels that add wrestling to their lineup. Is it really had to imagine why the US is falling so far behind other countries when you consider the shear amount of shit on The LEARNING Channel?
Is it wrong I want to kidney punch whoever decided to put a "Poor spelling is KEWL" slant on Scifi and make it the Syfy channel?

Not to rain on anyone's parade, but haven't we had this thread 15 times already the past 2 or 3 months?

Also, hate is a strong word, it'd be nice if people would stop trying to ruin it.
Would "Loathe with a fiery passion that rivals the blaze of a thousand Charizards" be a better term?

Watching sports. Especially football (or soccer if you're American). The players are a bunch of pussies who will whinge and moan about a scraped knee. They're overpaid and overrated.

I was JUST going to say that! I swear to fuck, I saw one of these a couple weeks ago! They're not even being subtle about it anymore...
They? No no see it's only me. Well.... me and a ton of other schmucks who thought they were being special snowflakes with unique ideas.... which we aren't.

But yeah no real way to prevent the redundant-ness of it all since I don't really frequent the forums that often.

Will Ferrell. There is nothing in the least bit funny about that man. And Elf was one of the worst movies that I've been forced to sit through about 12 times.
This. The worst is that my girlfriend LOVES his movies.

OT: Repetitive music. I despise it. If a song repeats the same word or phrase more than three times in a row, I find a new station.

Pitbull. I'll just be anywhere, and hear an otherwise perfectly normal song, and all of a sudden, just "Daleh.", in that pretentious voice, and I go WHAT THE F*** ARE YOU EVEN HERE FOR. DID THEY NEED A CUBAN THAT BADLY TO SAY ONE F***ING WORD.

More generally, I tend to dislike features in songs of much more famous or equally famous artists for seemingly the sole purpose of being able to put ft. Whoever in the title.

My Little Pony. Haven't seen the show, but I loathe the fanbase.

Assassin's Creed. I don't particularly hate it, but I have a dislike for it as they are all so pathetically easy to play.

Butter. I just cant stand it. It wouldn't be half as bad I didn't get people going "You dont like butter? What?!" It tastes bad, and it's bad for you. The only 'advantage' it has is that it makes sandwiches less dry, but I tend to like dry sandwiches.
...Okay what does it say about me as a person that the only thing in your entire post that struck me as odd was the fact that you know people who put butter on their sandwiches?

You sound like someone who'd enjoy watching Todd in the Shadows.

Where do you live? I don't know about anywhere else, but in England damn near everyone puts butter in almost every kind of sandwich. Some people put it in their burgers as well.

I can't really think of anything I hate that other people love. Some things just aren't for me and going out of the way to hate it wont stop people from loving it.

Oh, I live in the West edge of the US, so that's probably why.

I can't think of anything I hate off the top of my head, mostly I either like something or don't care about it enough to have any strong emotions connected to it.

I suppose that at a push I could say that I used to hate facebook. I still think it's invasive ,that its got a strange idea of what it means to be friends with someone and often wonder why it is that people I don't really know are on that list. I do however log in a couple of times a week, sometimes more..so I can't really claim that I hate it.
