Men don't cry, you understand that you should feel a certain way about something and leave it at that.

Songs haven't made me cry but I have seen a couple of songs make friends of mine weep.

Black by Peal Jam
She Will have Her Way by Tim Finn

In both cases the freinds in question had just had a relationship break-up and these songs set them off.

I know it may be a bit gay but Owl City makes me feel so nostalgic it makes me feel like crying, I just don't know why it makes me feel like that though. I think it may be the similarities to some of my old games.

Apparently "Torn" by Natalie Embruglia was known to make grown men cry.

Not a clue if that's true or not though.
Is that the one which that mime chap did a performance to?
Not sad at all with him miming in front. xD
Mime? I don't think that's the one... :p

No, it's that one. :D

Probably Blue, the song that plays at the end of Cowboy Bebop series.
Well that's pretty sad but only because of the context it is used in.
Agreed, but context is everything. Just like the montage that happens in up had me sniffling away as I sat next to my significant other (that song probably wouldn't have sounded so sad without the images).

I haven't cried from any on the list, but if the male has seen Clannad, the following should be a surefire way of bringing a tear to his eye.

Cat's in the Cradle, anyone? No one? Really?!?!?
Ugh, our English teacher made us study that in school, along with one of Dido's songs.

I wasn't moved so much as put to sleep. :p

music and crying is really associated with the mood that you are in at that moment. There are some songs that are a bit sad, but add some context to it, and then they can become tear worthy.
My examples

Famous Last Words - Tears for Fears
The Passage of Time - Bear McCreary (Battlestar Galactica season 4 OST)
Wisdom, Justice and Love -> the Messenger (5 song sequence) Linkin Park
The Spirit Carries On - Dream Theater
Lifting Shadows Off A Dream - Dream Theater
Oh Life (There Must Be More) - Alan Parsons

Hallelujah is probably the only one out of your list. The others have either been too overused or ruined for my be misuse to have much emotional resonance.

There's this one song (from Battlestar Galactica) that made me cry happy and sad tears at the same time.

So, uh.. Where's this?

That one did have me close in the movie while they were recording it in the studio.

Also, I'm pretty sure Sarah McLaughlan made me cry in those sad animal commercials. It probably has more to do with neglected puppies than her music, though. I have to scramble to change the channel whenever those commercials come on.

I usually don't like Christian music, but Christian rock group RED's Pieces might fit this category.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and Mae's Awakening
