Damn, got all excited by the thread title and let down by the news. As others have said, SOTC in HD would have been fantastic. Not surprised though as re-releasing on the PS2 is cheaper and puts the company on the map again ready for "Trico" (can't remember its real name).

Amazon UK has God of War III pegged at 18th March so if its correct, Japans release would be slightly later.
