No one is stupid enough to see this as anything but a bribe. However, it's a no-strings-attached bribe and Notch isn't a games journalist. On the list of people where it matters to bribe, Notch is pretty low down the list and he also isn't the type of guy to have his opinion altered by a bribe alone (I mean, come on, he has a reputation of being insanely out-spoken).
