My family pays around a hundred bucks for this. Still better than Verizon though. Also: 'Faster Than 76% of US' What. The. Fuck.

I don't even know what I'd do with 100 gbps. I mean, sure, instant page loading would be awesome, especially with the over bloated front pages a lot of websites have been moving towards. But other than that, I can't imagine needing to download something large fast enough that 100 gbps would be a huge boon.

Speaking of a country being gungho about updating their infrastructure: The U.S. really needs to get it's ass in gear and fix it's old as fuck infrastructure. They've been putting off a large-scale upgrade for decades now. There are 60+ year old wires still in use across much of the U.S. Slow internet is the least of our problems. It's like nobody understands that they have more to gain by replacing this shit instead of having to run maintenance on it every couple of months.
