Sony's NGP Lineup: Uncharted, WipEout, Meh

I'm probably going to wait a little while longer to see if it's worth buying. I got a PSP on day 1. Big mistake. XD Won't do that again. The graphics do look great though. Now I'm going to go back to melting my eyes with the 3DS, someone call me when there's more news on this thing. XD

Nothing really interesting, we already knew about Uncharted. Where's all the other PS3 franchises that they promised us?
Also, once again, why the hell announce this now, it's 3 days until E3!!

I just love how unbiased and fair The Escapist is with these announcements. It's quite refreshing.

Nintendo 3DS! Another Mario! Another Zelda! Another Nintendogs! Rereleasing Star Fox 64 and Ocarina of Time! I'm shitting rainbows!

IMO, the "launch" games are those that come out in the first year of a console's release.

So xbox 360 had:
-Kameo Elements of Time
-Dead or Alive 4
-Dead Rising
-Gears of War

No that amazing start but it turned out all right in the long run.

People shouldn't obsess too much about the launch window, games consoles are long term investments, what is important is a steady drip feed of a variety of quality games.

All a game needs at launch is that ONE game that will keep you tied over till the next one.
