yeah, just like SC4 had vader exclusive to the PS3. The xbox will get it as dlc within a couple of months

So what, sure it is the joker but are you going to let one game sour your day? I wasn't annoyed when 360 got Left 4 Dead. I did really want to play it, but I remembered that my friends have 360s and I would probably end up playing it with them, and we did and now we are a little bored with it.
Besides the whole option to play as the joker they are going to probably make DLC at some point anyway.

Good point, I've heard he was quite specific that he wanted to keep it as PS3 only, but then again that was a rumor so who knows, can only speculate untill it's out.Indigo_Dingo said:
I dunno i'd be pretty bummed if i didn't own a ps3 and was looking forward to this game. I mean have you seen the joker trailer? It's not just a playable skin..shockabale joy buzzers.. and leaping on guards backs and bopping their heads..All why trying to take over arkham asylum. WIth the way the game is designed... WHY and more importantly HOW are you going to be able to PLAY as the "JOKER"? Isnt the JOKER the one running the show and integral to the whole bloody PLOT??
If anything maybe in those "arena" style extra content games where you beat up tons of bad guys in "X" amount of time like in Wolverine might work, but the game is designed around Batman and his gadgets/abilities, NONE of which the Joker has. I'm not sure I like the idea of 'stealthing around the raftors" as the JOKER.
This means nothing to me at all, and wont influence my purchase. I'll still get the PS3 version, but "Exclusive" content like this annoys me. I'd rather get extra maps, or an exclusive gadget or figurine than a tacked on gimmick that sounds like it'll break gameplay.

Yeah that makes me feel a bit better... and since I have my already pre-ordered for the PS3 it'll be a nice addition, but honestly, it's not a game seller to me.

o.0 How can an extra 8 levels, unique storyline and an additional playable character (the joker nonetheless with mark hamill voice overs) not be a selling point when comparing two batman games side by side. If it was the other way around and 360 got the exclusive i'd sure as hell buy it for the 360.

Now, now 360 owners. We have had plenty of DLC that PS3 owners missed out on. They can have their Joker exclusive.

Renting is iffy in some place/ for some people. I know some places in the US charge like $10ish for a game rental, that's 1/6th of the game cost, at that point renting to me is a bit pointless. Also, last I check game rentals were like 5 days. Reading a collection of reviews + playing a demo is cheaper and should give a person a decent idea.gof22 said:
