If it's the same price why not? I generally buy the special edition if I'm a fan of the series or company. If there's a special edition of Last Guardian which I guessing there will be i'll be all over it.

If the GOWIII special edition has a reported update of GOW I and II I'll also get that but it's possible that's a standalone title and only available on import from other regions.

Theres loads of new games coming out pretty soon as it approaches Christmas and such...
Just wondering which ones catch your eye and what your views on them are-overpriced? Tacky looking? etc...

I think the Modern Warfare Prestige Edition looks awesome yet i feel childish running in the dark with NVG's

Me too, but I cannot find it to pre-order anywhere, I know that HMV had the rights to sell it, but their website no longer lists it.

Also, I want the Dissidia special edition pack. Extra things are always good. =D

Yeah im having the same problem with that...can't find it anywhere in England! If anyone knows id be in your debt

I have to say I might be tempted to pour more money to Blizzard if they release a special edition of Diablo 3.
