Leo is a patient of Shutter Island who's wife drowned her 3 kids and then he killed her. He refuses to believe this and creates a fictional world in his mind where he is a detective trying to figure out a conspiracy involving Shutter Island where he is being held.

Harry decides to go for the horcruxes, he succeeds in the end after he gives himself up to Voldemort,

Turns out Snape was actually a double agent ultimately placed to bring down Voldemort, in vengeance for killing Harry's mother, Snape was in love with her you see.

Voldemort kills Snape to become the master of the elder wand but it is ineffective as the elder wand's allegiance was taken from Dumbeldore given to Malfoy, whom, Harry disarmed and so gained the allegiance of the elder wand and it's power.

Voldemort uses avada kedavara which instead of killing Harry kills the part of Voldemorts soul latched onto Harry because Harry is a Horcrux.
At this point the final Horcrux is Nagini the snake which Neville kills with gryffindors sword.

Hmmmm, not particularly.

The 'curse of Oyashiro-sama' is actually something called Hinamizawa Syndrome which causes people to become paranoid and later commit suicide by tearing out their own throats. The deaths and disappearances are all caused by a combination of this, coincidence, and scheming by the main villain. Who happens to be a nurse called Miyo Takano. The story is repeated in a time-loop like in Groundhog Day, and eventually ends when the good guys find out and stop Takano's plan.

Yeah i guess it kinda is easy to spoil, but you're not being particularly... Elegant enough with your spoilers. If you're going to spoil something, spoil everything... That's one of my rules

And it really is difficult to spoil absolutely everything in Higurashi

Fun fact: Everything can be explained if you just say "two battling witches did it" XD
