Saw a video on this. It's mandatory viewing to understand the concept of this test:
Oh come on it can't be that simple [http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/2015/02/26/sitting-rising-test-life-expectancy-fitness/24076407/]
Take off your shoes and socks to do this. I tried it on a tile floor.
The concept is you stand, cross your feet, and attempt to sit down without losing your balance or using your hands or anything else to support yourself on the way down. It's the same on the way up--don't lose your balance and don't use any body parts other than your feet to stand back up. It starts off with 10 points total. Subtract half a point if you lose your balance--the points add up in both directions. And subtract a full point if you need to use your hands to support yourself, again one point if you needed your hands on the way down and one if you needed your hands on the way back up.
Supposedly this test will determine how long you have to live. Side note: HAHAHA! So stupid. What the hell does this prove?
...
Still, why don't you try it out? Oh right, don't try this alone I guess. For safety and all that.

When I did the test:
No, I passed the test easily. And I just finished a 3-mile run half an hour ago.
