Id' say the only people more powerful are the Oil Company Lawyers. Think about it, and while you do, think about how they arent all shut down after some of the stuff thats happened with Oil Industry being involved.

OT: This seems like the kinda thing thats just gonna be a big waste of time. ANd really,w ith the wealth Lee has compared to life span he has left (though I hope he lives forever, he seems one of those really nice kinda guys that gives celebrity good name) is there any reason to really do this? I hope Disney rises up and defends Lee. This is just completely idiotic. The property owner is, and will always be, Lee himself (and Marvel and Disney, but that's beside the point). Not Stan Lee Media. They just have the legal permission from Lee to use (not own) his property, and hence cannot claim legal ownership for any property owned by Stan Lee himself.

This looks like either a cash grab or legal sneakiness. Do they only need a jury or a judge to say that they own the characters and non defendants who currently hold the contested rights cant use them anymore either?
