What!? I can't indiscriminately blow away Gungans with my Shadowtrooper!? That was one of the highlights of Battlefront. The more I hear the more I'm getting a little concerned with them maybe cutting out bits of the game and selling them off as DLC.

No Clone Wars, no Space Battles? How long before the DLC train starts a'rolling?
Day 1 or Bust.
This is a Star Wars franchise game that fans have been clamouring for for years, and this is EA.

There is absolutely no way they aren't going to assrape the players day 1.
And they will take it all with a smile.

Looks fun, I like the Battlefield mechanic of attrition, but why make an announcement of limiting this game to only the original trilogy? There are so many worlds in the Star Wars universe that they could stage battles on and make them cool as hell without even touching the "story" battles.

Have fans become so jaded that they need to be coddled and reassured?

Yeaahh...

-No Space Battles
-No Clone Trooper Fights
-No Destroyer Droid Shenanigans
-Looks a lot like just another reskin of Battlefield
-NO SPACE BATTLES
-Probably subject to EA money grubbing with DLC
-Requires me to instal spyware onto my PC to run it.
-No Galactic Conquest mode
-NO. FUCKING. SPACE. BATTLES.

Yeah any hype I had in this game just crumbled into dust. Good job DICE I've been waiting for a new Battlefront for a long time and you still manage to cock it up.

Captcha: Crabby Patty. What are you trying to tell me Captcha?

By EA?

After the fiasco of the Battlefield 4 release,
and the fiasco of the Simcity release
and the fiasco of the Dungeonkeeper release
and the fiasco of the Mass Effect 3 release
and the fiasco of the Medal of Honor Warfighter release
and the fiasco of the Dragon Age 2 release...

If the fans have finally got to the point where they require more reassurance from EA than just a "Don't pay attention to the cut content behind the curtain, It's going to be great guys!" Then it's about damn time.

All the video in the article shows is the blatant victimisation of The Empire, the Galaxy's greatest peace-keeping service, by the terrorist organisation known as 'The Rebel Alliance'.
Please friends, do not believe this filthy smear campaign perpetrated by these monsters.
