Mission numbers are less important than the basic beginning-middle-end premise of a story, something Starcraft 1 had. It told a story, not a fully complete one as there were some open spots to fill in with an expansion and a second game, but it followed beginning-middle-end pretty damn well.John Funk said:It has just as many missions as the first StarCraft. It has a much more fleshed out single player other than "do mission X, win, go to mission Y." It will have missions playing as other races.JaredXE said:John Funk said:Oh please. No, it's $100 for a full game that's going to have two expansions. Weren't we past this already?JaredXE said:Hmm, $100 for only a third of a game?
Uhh, there is NO amount of 'awesomesauce' that can cover up that ugly turd.
Oh, so I get to play the Zerg and Protoss stories in this game as well? Ok then, that is a full game. Otherwise, it's not.
That's like saying that because you didn't get the full story (since half of it - The UEF, the Zerg wars, the growing dominance of the Queen of Blades - was in Brood War) StarCraft 1 wasn't a full game.
Now, I am sure that we will get a beginning-middle-end for the Terran campaign, ok, but since the total story involves the other races, and we know that in order to get a complete plot we have to play the other races' campaigns as well, then obviously Wings of Liberty is not a complete game.
