I,m close to broke and still have a considerable backlog
although I might pick up the BTTF games if they are in a cheap package.

It went down to $40 at christmas time, less than a month after release. Where were all of you people then?Gennadios said:Really hoping for Skyrim. It's about time the efing game went down in price.
I think Bethsoft is trolling the people who know better than to buy their games at launch right now.
Yeah, I know. 40 seemed like too much at the time... Since I expected to buy the first expansion at full price anyway I'm going for the core game at $30 or bust.Easton Dark said:It went down to $40 at christmas time, less than a month after release. Oh the joys of ClickAndBuy.Woodsey said:I went out last night and lost my card in a club. Steam sale starts within the next 2 days most likely. Replacement card will not arrive for 14 working days.

Someone help me =(
That's some sound advice. If the sale starts soon I should be able to make my decision before the game is released. There are certainly enough games on steam I want that warrant participating in the sale. Granted I have to use a prepaid credit card and I've bad experiences with steam when using them...half the time it doesn't let me buy anything so I take the risk of also wasting my money and not getting anything in return.Sp3ratus said:Stormz said:Either I wait for the steam sale and actually get something in it this time around, or I get the Last Story on Wii, a game that will likely be impossible to find after the first day. *ahem*
But seriously, I'd like to be able to say something like you should hold out on The last Story, only if there's something you really want on Steam, but seeing as I always end up buying a lot of games that I didn't plan on, I'm not sure how good advice this really is. I don't really know that much about the Last Story, but you could be lucky to get it cheaper/used down the line some time. The Steam sale is, after all, "only" twice a year, but you could end up getting a lot more bang for your buck.
