I'm not a huge fan of new Stephen King (he seems kind of half-assed to me in his work. His stuff just doesn't hit me as hard as his old stuff did). I do love the classics like Misery, the Shining, and Christine. I do, however, loved "Everything's Eventual," specifically "1408." That story scared the daylights out of me.

I think I read a great majority of his books and my all time favorite work by his is a non-fiction short story called "The Last Rung on the Ladder" from the compilation book "Night Shift".
It's a small brilliant master piece and an haunting story with no need for any ghosts.

I also loved "1408" from "Everything's Eventual", haven't seen the movie but the story is one of the scariest things I've read.

I like some of King's work. He excels at writing characters, but his prose is a little wordy. I haven't read a lot of his stuff since the plots don't intrigue me that much.

I did read The Long Walk which I really enjoyed and I like the shorter stories from his Four Past Midnight book. I particularly like The Langoliers from that book. I enjoy his work much more when he writes short stories.

I also once read a really interesting short story by him called The Revelations of 'Becka Paulson about a woman who accidentally shoots herself in the head and lives. It's really weird, but pretty good.

I too like Stephen King! : D
I've read: the Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon, the Talisman, From a Buick 8, Cell, Insomnia, Everything is Eventual, and the short story collection -I don't know the name- but one of the stories is called "The Float".
I'll probably think of some other title later, I've read and more importantly started to read almost all of them... it's nice to see I'm not the only one who reads : b

EDIT: Dreamcatcher!

I have read Salem's Lot, the Dark Tower Series, Insomnia, and the Dark Half, though my favorite is definitely the Dark Half because of it's plot and story telling. Dear God, I had no Idea sparrows could be so threatening.

In trying to find an old Cyanide and Happiness comic about Steven King, I found a website called "Gay Bomb Nazi Castle". Jesus Christ, internet, you got me off topic again.
