People need to stop acting high and mighty by pretending not to mind Bieber. You hate him! Admit it! Vent that anger, express your inner hatred of his squeaky little voice and stupid hair. But most of all, you hate what he does to girls and society. You may not hate him but you sure as hell hate his impact on the world.

This video has nearly 500 million views. We HATE that.
YOU hate that. I honestly do not give a shit about Beiber or what he does. I have better things to do than hate some kid just because I'm not fond of his music. Hell I don't think even Micheal Vick got this amount of shit from people and he held dog fights.

First of all, the prejudice is because he has succeeded where most males have not without being hyper-masculine. Secondly, he is young, and people view those younger than them in their own gender to be a threat
I find that he's a Disney clone created to make them money, who will then burn out spectacularly as soon as the ruby on his hand starts flashing, to be the real reason I loathe what he's doing.

I thought we stopped young kids being used for slavery some time ago. Not just re-wired them into thinking it was all their own will.

I think they're talking about how he gave some of his hair to Ellen Degeneras and she auctioned it off and the highest bid was about that. Am I right?
Oh they sold his hair for $40,000... Wait! That's no better, who has that kind of money to spend on a celebrities hair?
Sad, lonely people I'm guessing. It went to charity though.

Class :p Not too far from the truth to be fair. We know bieber will be thrown to the side, chewed up by the music industry as soon as his balls drop, (which all things aside, is pretty sad for him, it's probablly on his mind all the time, it's not HIS fault it's Disneys.) hopefully it will be during the production of his film.

Which to be fair I don't see the point in existing, he's only 16, even if he is a pop star, being only 16 there's barely anything he could've done that's worth making a movie out of it, he's just not old enough to have done that much, I mean Lemmy is a rock and roll legend, and has done some crazy shit over the years; bam! exciting movie. The most rock n roll thing Bieber is going to have done is refuse to do the washing up or some shit. It's just bizzare how people want to make a film about him, let alone watch it.

I hate kids in general so he should not feel special about that. Although before I knew of him and i heard his song in my car I thought "Damn this girl has a high voice"

Also he seems to hate north Korea for some reason.

Hating Beiber has entered the realm of Twilight hate. It's internet-cool to despise the guy.

Honestly, I just don't give a crap. I don't like his genre of music, so I don't listen to him. I don't think I've ever really listened to one of his songs, because I know I wouldn't like it.

In a few years, he'll lose his popularity, and some new singer will come along to entertain the thirteen-year-old girl demographic.

Yeah, there's worse things it could go to. At least he's not making even more money then he has
Yeah, we I first heard Ellen say "Justin Beiber gave me some hair" my mind just went "What! He's selling hair now!" but I was very glad to hear it was for charity purposes.

I'm sorry but he's a public figure, and as a public figure he does not have a right to say leave me alone. He chose to accept this life rather than turn it down he's got to live with it and if he wans the public to stop picking on him all he's got to do is retire from public life.

I lose all respect for celebrities that have no talent. They're screeching their face off on TV while half the female population wave their raging hard-ons at the screen praising them as the new messiah, this is something I want to see the end of.

Im not sure if its just because im out of school or if its where I live, but the only place I hear about the guy is on msn and the escapist =P.

The guy sings music you dont like and maybe represents the bad parts of the music industry, ignore him. If a person you never met is effecting you negatively on an emotional level, thats quite the problem you have there. People throw around the word "hate" and treat it like its nothing, hate is a strong word, and if you truely hate this kid just because of his music, than thats another problem that shouldnt be there. His music is bad, then dont listen to it; His fanbase is annoying and irritating as a nail screaching across a chalkboard, thats not his fault.

TLDR: Ignore him if you dont like him, its not his fault his fans can be considered "annoying" by some. He is a human being, and im sure you wouldnt want death threats thrown at you daily just for doing what you enjoy(and getting paid enormous sums for doing so).

He's a product of a soulless music industry, loved by millions of tween girls (and only tween girls) but will be utterly forgotten within a decade. He's like the same reason people like Twilight - not because it's in any way good literature, but because it's made to appeal to Stupid Kids (tm).

Plus, you know, there's the fact that my family work hard for a living, yet we'll make less money in all of our collective lifetimes than he will before he's 18. There's some resentment there.

I just posted a massive reply in another thread with a similar topic. Can't really be bothered regurgitating something I've said to far too many people, so I'll just quote it

Really, other than having rabid fans like every other popular musicians, why are we all hating a kid here? Once again, just because of the fans? This is why I haate ANYONE whose criticism of Bieber or Twilight isn't longer than a f***ing essay.
If he can make money, why not let him? He even gave it to charity, which is often the aid of lower class or helpless individuals. Is this not an honorable thing, capitalising one's fame to help others? So yes, those "jobless" you pity may have benefited from Bieber's riches when they would not have had he not done so.
I don't care for his music, but I tire of the constant hate of a kid who's doing what he loves. All because his fans, being adolescent girls, are stupid.
I have a problem not necessarily with him, but the music industry and the success off popular commercial music. I hate how he does shit all, he sings songs which lack innovation, emotion, intelligence, or anything that makes music good, and yet he's incredibly popular and rich - being a musician this really outrages me. He gets so much money and publicity for writing shitty, samey, repetitive commercial branded music, and at 16 years old. It's really just the music industry and commercial music promotion, but really, he's 16 years old. It's a shame how rich a kid can get for little to no effort, and all it does is promote the production of commercial pop music, because there's a market for it. It's not just him, but he specifically is an idol for young people to write even more of that samey pop shit - I'm not biased, it's whole purpose is to repeat what has already been done for the past ten years to appeal to shallow teenagers who listen to this crap so there's a massive market, and thus profit, to be made. Mainstream pop music is just a commercial consumer product. And Justin Bieber is fuelling it, and that is destroying the integrity of the music industry.

Seriously though - I'm 16, why can't I be writing melodic death metal and earning this much popularity?

This "I hate what he represents" nonsense makes me believe people in this thread are full of SHIT.

This is nothing new. There have been so many pop stars that do exactly what he did, especially in the 90's and no one bitched at all of those artists COMBINED as much as they complain about Bieber. To be honest, I didn't even know who he was until I read some youtube comments.

Grow up. No one makes you listen to his music and his fame doesn't take away from your extra special favorite band because the people who listen to Bieber wouldn't likely listen anyway.

EDIT: I mean hell, sports stars can fight dogs to the death or rape people and get less negative publicity than this kid? Are you fucking joking? People need to hop off of the bandwagon and stop wasting their angsty, meaningless hatred on someone that hasn't even done anything deplorable.
BS. I bet you any amount of money if the Internet as it is now had existed back then, you would have heard just as much hatred.

like a few here are saying. It's not that I hate HIM personally it's the fact that the media has to shove him down our proverbial throats and whenever he does something we have to hear about it. Like that thing with Tom Brady a few months back. Who gives a F**K? also I just don't like that kind of music. But that is not a reason to to hate somebody personally.

Justin is a fitting teen symbol of our age. Bland, conforms to a mainstream dress code, his music is unoriginal and his whole image is shallower than a spoon with nothing but a drop of water in it.

You may say I'm prejudiced, but I have seen with my own eyes what the generation of kids that comes after my own looks and acts like and let me tell you, I have not met a single kid that I do not want to punch in the face [or slap, because I never go hard on women (not gay)].

My point is, I do not hate Justin Bieber because it is popular to do so, Hell I don't even HATE him, he just annoys me to the level that I would kick him in the hypothetical balls if I ever met him. This has to do by 99.99% with my personality, not some prejudice.
