Chicken Smoothie. Well, I call it a smoothie because I make it in a blender, but really it's a glorified soup. Diced chicken, chicken broth and mushrooms, in a blender, blended for.... a while. Serve in a mug with a spoon.
Interesting thing about the chicken smoothie, it's actually pretty good for you. Except for the sodium from the broth, it's completely hearth healthy; virtually no cholesterol, and has all the nutrients of mushrooms and chicken. Relatively inexpensive, hot and filling, and just so much fun to eat... drink... consume!
Incidentally, I'm a chef, studying to be a better chef, and I've become notorious for the chicken smoothie at my school.
