So while I was at work I became incredibly frustrated and pissed off at the world for various reason. I was unsure as to how I would reconcile my anger while I was driving home. Then when I got home the TV was being used...so no video games (aka no killing). So I went up to my room and sat down, I saw some sheet music on my keyboard that I hadn't gotten around to playing yet, so I just started playing. And surprisingly, I could almost literally feel the anger and stress being pulled out of me.
