Right there? You just get mad and go at it?

I thought most people let the stress build up during the day and "release themselves" all at once.

Everyone is different I suppose.
I like to believe we all rage-wank once in our lifetime, if only to spite our silicon soulmates for freezing on us in our time of need amidst closed shutters and crumpled tissue paper.

"Are you serious? Now?? Whatever, I don't fuckin' need you!" *closes eyes and concentrates really hard*

It depends on what is frustrating me and how much (since I rarely get angry enough to go crazy).

If angry about something in real-life (such as work or school), then I'll probably play a game or watch a movie.
If something in the realm of fiction is getting to me (movies, books, manga, games, etc), then I'll ***** about it to people I know and talk to about that kind of stuff until we can make fun of it.

Example: I just finished playing some Left 4 Dead 2. We were trying to do realism expert and get the achievement (my friend and I). Unfortunately, there were two of us and the bots were being INCREDIBLY stupid... like, they were so dense that I could feel myself reaching for a hammer to bash my laptop with. Usually, I can put up with their shenanigans, but it seems like when you're working with more people, they just get dumber. Anyway, needless to say, we never finished and I'm rather pissed the Dev's haven't tried to patch the intelligence of their bots on at least campaign modes. Is it really that hard?

Example 2: Customers at work ***** at me about how they don't want "chicken back pieces" in their 8-pc chicken packs. We don't sell those pieces. I tell them this. they say they got those pieces last time they were in. I tell them I've worked there 3 (fucking) years and we've never had such things. I start to pack their breasts into the chicken pack when they ***** about how there are backs on them. I tell them they aren't. They storm off as if I have done something wrong, despite the fact I hadn't. Morons... now I want to kill Ellis and zombies some more...

Rage-wank? I don't think I have ever done that.

Now I have something to try later, its been an interesting thread. XD

Hmm, I tried posting this before but the post vanished. Now I see it. Why does that happen?

This will sound fucked up. But the rifle range. Not because I want to kill anybody. But because shooting is extremely calming to me. Everything outside of the scope doesn't exist. It's just me and the paper 100 yards away. The world focuses on my breathing, the rifle, the crosshairs and in some moments my heartbeat. I can't really explain how soothing it is to shoot well.

Video games, smoking, and letting loose with one curse word after another. Anyone of those is guarenteed to work for me.

I personally just boil over with stress and anger to the extent I fidget when sitting still, i'm sure i'll kill someone someday.

What I do is to sit down in my favourite chair in my room, alone, with a beer and either video games or watching the tv.

By the end of that beer, pretty much all of the stress is gone.

Right about now I am feeling the worst kinda stress.

Tired but extremely aggravated. The girl that is seeing me is the world's biggest tease and is literally flirting with every other guy she knows except me.

Also the fact that over half of these guys really like her, and she knows it. She pretty much told me the only reason she isn't dating some guy right now is because he lives to far away.

After we started seeing each other. She's been home sick all day and even though I tried to call her, she hasn't answered and wouldn't text me for over a week. Yet when I get online (Swear I am not a creeper. Rarely go on Facebook, least of all to stalk someone) she has sent messages to said guy who lives far away. And guess who's moving back to town?

Posted on one of her good friends walls who she also told me she was hoping he would have asked her out saying along the general lines "missed you today".
I'm about to flip a ***** and break something.

^By the way, this is how I vent. Sit down, pretend like I'm telling someone the story and go through all the events that are pissing me off. Temporary relief, enough to get settled and to sleep for the most part.

I take a hot shower. If someone is using the bathroom I just start shouting and muttering to myself. Nothing is more cathartic than having a good argument with yourself and a hot shower.

working out, listening to calming music (relaxing music is much better for relieving stress than metal, in my experience), talk to a friend.

These are the three that are the best for me. (woooohoooo, it rhymes!)

btw. : What the hell is that supposed to be?

obviously it is: ".uni fulayk" haven't you heard? the .uni obviously refers to a demonic file, and the fulbayk refers to...something I'm sure. heck i'm no chemistry wiz...
