I can count many people that can be brought to...."justice"

I suppose Evil and Vigilante would be different (at least in my books)

I'd like to think I'd go for the side of good, but I'm fairly sure I'd land somewhere in the middle, an anti-hero at absolute best. I'm not selfless enough to go around fighting crime unless I was either really pissed off or something was happening right next to me.

Guilt would likely stop me from doing anything overtly criminal, but I can't say I wouldn't do some less than moral things (In my case, cheating on my exams. Not that it's easy to cheat on a open book exam where everyone else is getting things just as wrong as you are. If I got my superpower of choice I could at least even my chances of doing stuff correctly though.)

Technically I'm already possibly considered a villain due to being an elitist nihilistic douche that actually sees nothing wrong with such a stance and enjoys it...

...So I guess I'd probably become the "biggest villain"

Is this study really that surprising? I know the only thing preventing me from just going on a rampage is my squishy, fleshy body. Give me Superman abs and that's going to go out the window.

Im not gonna serve the greater good, but I would totally serve my own agenda's and shape the world around me to something more of my liking. It'd be irresponsible not to use ones powers. Not saying I would rampage down the street wrecking shit. I'd just serve my own agenada's and further my own goals for the good of all. :D

Of course i'd be villain, being super hero never seemed like a good business branch really. You earn no money from it, you usually get a really crappy, bright coloured costume, you always have to watch out to not breach the 'line', you have to keep it a secret and in the end police and media are out to get you anyway. Using super powers for good is simply not worth the effort if you consider all pros and cons. Villains get more freedom.

Again and again these so-called specialists point things out that I could've told you years ago.
Yeah, but you do it for free, they get paid for it. So who, in the end, is smarter?
Me, I'm just too young to get paid and don't have a degree so I can't flaunt obvious facts.

also, u would have to really watch out when using ur superpower cause aside from getting the attention of the law, u'd also get gov'ts looking into u. i mean if u could teleport or cloak, any gov't would want to force u to spy for them, if u had super strength or could control the elements they would want u to fight for them, i mean u'd have every agency in the world wanting to get an edge on u to "recruit" u, making the alter ego not so secret for long. i mean think about it, if spiderman was real, how long do u think he'd be able to fight crime without the FBI and CIA stepping in?

I'd TRY to be a good guy.

Althoughh, my definition of a bad guy would probably change and become twisted and I'd end up more of a bastard vigilante who just takes down anyone I don't like.

Ehh, I'd still beat up muggers and stuff to start with :)

I would most assuredly be chaotic. I wouldn't seek out crime to stop it but I would stop it if I saw it. However beyond that it would be mostly exploiting my powers for all the fun I could squeeze out of them (turning my hair into a giant bug zapper of arcing electricity etc). Pretty much just going crazy.

I guess I'm one of those few people who would try to do the best I could to help others with my new-found powers (granted, I would accept a few luxuries that are afforded by my powers but I'd try to keep them to a minimum and keep them harmless).

As Linkara would say, "thanks for keeping it classy, humanity!" Is everyone really such a douchebag that you have to be insane in order to be a good person?

But really, i would probably end up using superpowers for vigilantism, becoming a well-intentioned, yet violent crime fighter. I don't think this can be classed as "good" or "bad"... more like "antiheroic". And no, i wouldn't rob banks, in a direct assault at least... that's just too obvious and leaves a lot of evidence, for starters.
