I don't know what it is, but I'm not a fan of this. She's not a character, she's just a faceless manikin with no personality. I still want the game, but this inclusion seems out of place.
Yes, because Mr. Game & Watch was so very expressive with incredible personality. Same with ROB.
I'm actually really glad Nintendo accepted Wii Fit as part of their interesting company history which Smash bros seems like a reference guide for by now. The casual gaming thing was pretty ground-breaking and WFT perfectly embodies this.
plus, motherfracking killer yoga... YES!
I never liked Mr. Game & Watch either.
ROB was different for three reasons. First he's become famous online thanks to people like James Rolfe. Second they gave him a nice little story segment. Third, He's been referenced in other Nintendo games before that, like as ROB 64 from Star Fox.
As I said earlier, she is literally a faceless mannequin. In Wii Fit she's just a reference shape in the background in the same way a mannequin is featureless human shape whose only purpose is as a reference shape to hang clothing on.
How I feel about the character will hinge on if they have a story mode and what her story is. If they embrace the living mannequin aspect I could grow to like her. No story mode, or a bad story and I probably won't play as her, like how I don't play as Mr. Game & Watch and rarely play as ROB.
In general, the more characters the better IMO. I would have rather had Princess Rosalina, Krystal, Katt Monroe, Majora's Mask Link, Impa (Skyward Sword version), a Gerudo, Skull kid with Majora's Mask, Midna riding Wolf Link, Wart, and/or Simon Belmont.
It would be cool if they added in Kevin Keene too since Smash Brothers always reminds me of Captain N.
