More PC gamers than console gamers
I made it just so I could practice using the tools on the website I was using. I though Escapist would give me a good chunk of data fairly quickly.Dark knifer said:These seem pretty acurate. Not quite sure why you made them, but good work nonetheless.
The big surprise here for me was indeed that there is more people from the UK than the US. Would be interesting to let the survey run for a couple of days.Tiny116 said:You have to keep in mind that I am British myself so the time zone in which I posted up the survey would be easier for Brits to reply to.pimppeter2 said:Good luck
But I'm pretty sure the majority of the users are American.
Plus it's only 99 users of all the Escapist.
I'm not sure I get what you mean,blue_guy said:The cross tabs are confusing, you need to do "Preferred Game" based on percentage of each age group.
Otherwise, pretty good, about what I expected.
At the time I would only have been able to take 100 responses anyway. And the survey was open til yesterday before i started analysing the results.Snork Maiden said:Yayy to Master System owners. And Dreamcast owners. The twin brackets of Sega being good.

OT: Interesting results glad to see I wasn't the only Canadian joining in that, also the average age seems a tad higher than I thought it was.
Yay me!EDIT: I also forgot to mention, there was also 1 Arcade gamer in the results.

The frequency question a think it had a too wide range, im suprised someone answered few times a year. It could have been better
1. Few times a month, or less.
2. Few times a week
3. Daily
4. Many times a day
No survival horror results
just kidding, great results!![]()

To be fair though, not a lot of people from those places speak English.
Although we do seem to have a lot of users from Norway and surrounding area.
To the pondering cave!
