I got the missus to watch me play a TDM in MW2 because I was doing really well that day, coming first in almost every match.

Needless to say, I got completely humiliatingly annihalated as soon as she sat down to watch.

I just popped in LittleBigPlanet for the first time a few days ago. I saw how they did the credits at the beginning, and knew I was in for one HELL of a game.

when XBOX 1 games were discontinued i passed from Microsoft to Sony, and it wasn't a bad bet after all... i figured also that there's more free stuff in PSN than in Xboxlive as i've seen it.

for example: the stuff pack in Way of the Samurai 3 is free on PSN while it costs like 400mic pts ???

if that's not maximizing profit! XD

Not lately. Wii games still use third party production. Most games on it suck still. X-box crapped out on me twice in two months of owning. I am still soiled. Ps3 is finding the up and up, I'm glad about this.

My P.C is the only thing I'm in the air about. My computer is 2 years old, and it show's its age. But what can you do but buy a new one? If Starcraft and Diablo 2 (if they come out this year) are a hit, I'll go back to praising the computer, and I'll swallow my gamer pride...but as of now I can't praise P.C and I really need a good reason to.

But I'm old ball's....so...

I don't try and make sweeping generalizations about a console, I have a PS3 and I have never regretted it, however I will acknowledge that the 360 has some good points about it, but after I had a 360 crap out on me after having it for a short time, I vowed that I wouldn't get an Xbox again.

No. My gaming pride is far too swelled to swallow. I would choke. If it actually did make it down, upon digestion it would implode causing a really nasty mess.

I did. My PS2 broke FOR THE LAST TIME when that game came out. I was too bitter to notice it. Although I did like Ico.
You and your console abuse. If you have the means to play that game I would find a way to do so. Are you saying you now own a PS3?
No, I played it for an hour over at a friends house. I loved every second!
Yay, you're one of us now!!!
Worship the game. Bow to it.
Sorry for that minor inconvenience.
OT: I didn't want to buy the Beatles: Rock Band. I got it as a birthday present... and it was fucking good.
I was so wrong.

Every time I have to read a walk-through because I am horribly stuck, I feel somewhat sadden. Every time I read a manual for practically the same reasons, I end up feeling bad about myself.

Nope. The PS3 had issues plain and simple. I will not apologize for pointing out its problems. Sony worked hard to fix said issues (and created some new ones in the process).
What problems were they then?

On topic. Not at all, the only game I wanted to play on 360 was a bit of a let down.
Few killer apps
Price

Shoddy ports

I at one point was a Nintendo junkie who spat at the name PS2 and Xbox. The Xbox had a few gems, and the 360 has had a few things worth talking about, but since I've hopped onto the Sony fun wagon station, I've enjoyed more games recently than I can remember. I found God of War, Shadow of the Colossus, Sly Cooper series, Infamous, Dark Void (I know it's on both, but played it on PS3 and GOD is it fun), and a bunch of other games that I would have missed if I was still sucking Nintendo's udders.

I used to be a single console's fanboy, now I've grown into a gamer who tends to be over analytical with games, (especially fucking KZ2, I was SO disappointed in that game) but always looking for something new and exciting, no matter where it's from

the only time i ever swallow my pride is when im with a huge group of people and they turn into flame bashers (pretty extreme) towards my console, in which i sit there and dont say anything in turn, otherwise i usually am pretty open minded about things, in the past though i have been wrong about call of duty, as a friend described it to me wrong and i said it sounded stupid as hell, but got around to playing it and it isnt bad

I used to be a hardcore PC gamer and only tangently touching consoles, although I loved my PS2.

After we got a PS3, I was forced to admit to myself that console gaming is the superior entertainment genre. Just popping in a CD and playing a game free of hassles with drivers, DirectX issues, LAG, freezes, crashes, updates and all that theater makes for a very refreshing change.

I've never really been that to attached to consoles or games to be that prideful. I don't get worked up over them the same way I don't get worked up about the DVD player downstairs. It's just hardware at the end of the day.

If only I had the money, I would get a uber pc rig and all three of the current consoles, but for now I have only my xbox.

Never heard those complaints before or experienced/bothered by them. (although I don't know what the third one is).

Apps are for Iphones as far as I am aware and the 360 is more expensive with online play.

They also seem minor problem to the 360's obvious one.

Few good exclusives and killing backwards compatibility. All three consoles are not perfect. And Sony seems pretty intent on making it an even playing field by also charging for online services. So you can sit there and say the 360 is inferior and blah blah blah but at the end of the day both are pretty equal now.

And are you talking RROD? The problem that MS extended a warranty for? And the same problem that MS had a new chip designed for? Which is a moot point since the PS3 has developed the YLOD and is still charging customers to fix.
