Sydney is a venue in and of itself, and I would be saying "Meet at this place, at this time, or let me know if you're going to be late." I'd probably say meet at Sydney Terminal station, as that's where I'd be turning up.

I would love to go but:
1) I lack the money to get there
and
2) My parents, probably wouldn't be too thrilled about me going to a foreign country to meet up with people I met on the Internet.

Okay, here's an important note. If you're planning to stay overnight or for longer, I can't guarantee somewhere to sleep, so it may be worth you booking into a backpacker hostel. There's one quite close to Sydney Terminal station, though I don't have contact details for it. Google Maps should help you there. This is a rule of thumb, but I would encourage you to bug people to lend a couch, as it's cheaper. Even if Croshaw comes, he'll be paying for his own accommodation, so don't think special treatment is going to happen.

Though something tells me he'd have little trouble finding a couch.
