The minigame was inaccessible to anyone who played the game. That's like suing over a movie because a woman had her tits out in the shower, behind a shower curtain.

This is the first time I have ever, ever been on the conservative side of the argument, but it was AO (18+) content in an M (16+) game.

Titles rated M (Mature) have content that may be suitable for persons of age 17 and older.

As opposed to the stricter AO rating:

Titles rated AO (Adults Only) have content that should only be played by persons 18 years and older.
The thing is films rating M can have frontal nudity and sex scenes, and in all fairness the hot coffee mod was barely explicit. I've seen billboard advertising more explict than that.

Hot coffee sound pretty fucking good right now.

I need to start waking up later.

Anyway, Who cares? With the current buttfuckery of the suing system I bet Take twos just glad its over. They didn't lose much

And what have we learned today kids? Sex is BAD!!! Guns and killing cops is good!!!

But seriously, the game is for ADULTS! If little Timmy (they're always Timmy aren't they?), got into the Hot Coffee mini-game (using a crack), well he shouldn't have been playing it in the first place.

Fuck, this makes me angry.
