Be it a hat, a weapon, or a misc. cosmetic, is there an item you possess in your six pages of backpack that you would never trade away for anything? It could hold sentimental value as a gift from a friend, or merely something you have held onto since the game first introduced the item drop system.
What is the item in your inventory that you consider the most important to your enjoyment of the game, if at all?
I'll start us off with my personal favorite item I possess and use to this day:
Toward the end of the year last year, my roommate and I played (and still play) a lot of TF2. We were enjoying the Austrailian Christmas update that was going on at the time (Spycicles, anyone?). During the very last day of the event, I received a "Naughty" Mann Co Crate in a drop. For those who remember, these were the crates that could only be opened with a "Naughty" Mann Co Supply Key, only purchasable from the Mann Co Store. These were the crates that were guaranteed a "festive" stock weapon, sometimes even a "Strange" version! My roommate, being the generous chum that he was, decided to buy one for me.
I mentioned to him how much it would make me happy to received a Strange Festive Minigun, as the Heavy is my favorite class. Upon creaking open the crate, and waiting the agonizing 5 seconds to see what I got, I sat speechless as I gazed upon the screen before me.
As if my some premonition, I received my Strange Festive Minigun!
To remember the moment forever, I purchased a Name Tag as well as a Description Tag for my new minigun, christening it with the title "The True Meaning of Christmas" with the tagline "Have a holly jolly respawn, tiny baby man." To this day I have wielded this weapon, racking up nearly a thousand kills at the time of this writing.
