I'm thinking about buying the orange box soon and I was wondering if people still play Team Fortress 2?

On the PC or Xbox 360? On the PC i imagine yes alot of people do. The Xbox version is dead due to no updates, which is very upsetting because i absoutly loved that game, and don't have a PC to play TF2 on the PC.

Don't know about PS3 though, I heard that TOB sucked on PS3.

Something like a billion people are playing team fortress 2 at any given time. On PC that is.

I'd recommend the PC version. It has a much more populated player-base and is very, very open to moddability and free DLC. I personally prefer mouse/keyboard for shooters myself, so PC is an easy choice.

I recommend it on the PC. The 360 version is not bad (I still play it) but the PC version is much better.

Its not too hardware intensive. But then again I can run it on mostly max settings so I wouldn't know.

But yeah, if you do get it, get it on the PC, thats the best version, the one thats actually supported.

Simply because it has constant updates and tweaks. Team Fortress 2 is all about balance and fun, and the updates make sure it's just that; balanced fun.

Even though I just (finally) uninstalled TF2 from my computer, I can say without question: Yes, people do play it. Oh God, do they play it.

I've only played it for PC, but all I know is that everyone complains how Valve basically left behind the 360 and PS3 versions, especially the PS3 version. If your PC can run it, I STRONGLY recommend getting the PC version of TOB. Just remember that the console versions have basically no updates or work being done on them, while the PC versions still have ongoing support, especially with TF2.

If, however, there is some reason that you really want it for ps3, then go ahead, I'm pretty sure it wasn't that bad, and there is still a reasonable community, so you probably could find a game.

Yeah, I know what you mean...

I even put something about how "FPSs are completely down to personal choice when it comes to controls." I got quoted saying that "computers are obviously better because that they can pull off pixel perfect headshots".

I just sat there thinking "what, I didn't even insult them, I said it was choice..."
