I'm... not actually seeing the problem here.

We do this kinda stuff in high school all the time, and always put it somehwere where it could be seen. We do this every day when we talk with our buddies and say would you shag that or not. Hell, we invented the 10 point rating system before this kid decided to use it.

I dontknow, maybe its just me, but really, this kinda stuff happens every day in life. There was no need for police interaction at least, and the expulsion is a bit much.

I'd say congratulate the man, look at the amount of time he put into it!

School should welcome this behaviour.
He might even start some kind of modelling agency someday.

*Gasp* A teenager is looking at girls! ARREST HIM!

Seriously though, almost every male does a similar ranking system in their minds. I guess they should be arrested too. In fact, looking at softcore porn should carry the death penalty. That'll show us not to express ourselves!

This pretty much demonstrates why Feminism is still strongly needed in Western society. Treating young girls like grades of meat and rating them on their sexual characteristics like it was the only thing they would ever be worth is so grotesquely abhorrent.

It definitely warrants legal action. This idiot caused a great deal of grievous mental and emotional anguish on so many of these girls publicly. That kind of behavior can not be condoned by any authority that hopes to remain credible.

To people saying he didn't break the law, I think this could count as libel (written slander) since he supposedly posted things about their sexual habits that (presumably) weren't true

Expelled? Good. Arrested? I guess. Going to Juvenal hall? okay. Get more punishment? For what!? To my knowledge he treated every single woman as a piece of property and he should be disciplined for it. But I do not notice him singling out individuals like bullies do. So if this guy gets even more punishment for what he does, than bullies of both mental and physical distress should suffer fines and imprisonment.

GREAT! Now I'm angry, and I can go play Splinter Cell. Some of the bad guys I think are nice people, so I like to think they are just these kind of dickweeds.

Whatever, just wash your hands.
I can understand this sort of thing on facebook, I suppose, but considering he was stupid enough to start passing it out during lunch Im gonna go for the death penalty here

heh, the description on the main page said "A high school was arrested" and I thought that seemed a little drastic.

edit:
ah, fixed

This kid is completely cucko and sure send him to juvi because he has exhibited himself to be completely incapable of respect for his school and his peers.

Arrest and further punishment for this kid? That's a HELL FUCKING NO!

Ok, this kid is a jumped up, smart arse ****, you'll get no argument from me there but seriously? Getting the Police involved? I would have thought professional law enforcement had better things to do than charge some prick teenager, especially in a country where guns are handed out like sweets.

Wow. That's about the most pure, douchiest thing I've ever seen. I'm disgusted, yet undeniably impressed at this douchebaggery.
Its the douchiest thing you've ever seen? I find that hard to believe unless you live in a desert (lucky deserts have wifi now eh.)
Personally, the biggest douche I have seen is a guy who thought that rubbing dead bird in people's hair was extremely funny... I don't recall him ever being arrested.

Immature people come up with this kinda stuff all the time in secondary school. A stupid Hot Or Not list doesn't warrant much more than a couple of detentions, let alone a damn prison sentence. Teenagers are often c*nts. In fact, people of any age are often c*nts too. I hadn't realised that that in itself was illegal...

TL;DR this is an incredibly stupid waste of police time.

seems a little weird to arrest a kid over something like that I could see suing him for harassment or something of that nature but he didn't really break the law it was really his opinion and it is a free country... not that I'm encouraging this sorta toolishness I mean what a tool...

Bullies should. But we don't treat bullies as serious problems which is another problem. Routine physical assault and routine intimidation is caustic to any social atmosphere and creates huge problems later on. Either individuals become bullies themselves(ritual hazing) or at least become so desensitized that they accept it as normal, condoning it.

EDIT: THIS isn't a "Hot or Not" List!

This is public shaming and mental/emotional assault on these girls. Please don't throw up false equivalences despite the misleading article name.

No he didn't. He did exactly the same thing every single male does with every woman they meet. The only difference is that he put it on a piece of paper and shared it. This is no worse (hell, I'd say it's less of a problem) than calling someone a slut as they walk by.

Anyone who suffered "grevious mental and emotional anguish" from something this stupid deserves it.

There's absolutely no reason this should ever have gone to court. Yes, he should be punished. The school handled that. There should never have been mention of police intervention.
