I've got two things going for me at the moment. I started lead climbing seriously and got over my extreme fear of falling while climbing lead.

I advanced to the advanced longsword fencing class in my HEMA club (Historical European Martial Arts).

I'm happy =D

My hands and feet. God, they are beautiful!
Your hands are beautiful? You should check out mine. I can only imagine what it's like to handshake me. In other people's grey lives it might be one of the few instances of perfection they ever experience. When I see pictures of other people's hands it almost makes me sad - they have to look at those hands every day instead of mine. My hand model career is totally ruined by my nail-biting, though. My feet are not that pretty.

I have a joint honours degree in Biochemistry and chemistry and I am currently working as a microbiologist, so I have a strong science background which I am quite proud of. Ugh, I feel like I am bragging now.
It's awful, isn't it?

No matter what you type, it feels as though you're basically saying "I'm so great, look at me, aren't I fantastic?" :D
Yeah exactly. When people ask me what I studied at university and my job I always feel like I am showing off, especially when they act really impressed, I sorta want the ground to swallow me up.
Ah, but it's only your ability to empathize with others. Smart people should have smart people degrees. And it actually feels a bit of an underachievement to be a smart person like me without one (I'll get a not-so-smart people degree in a couple of years).

Okay, more nice things about me: I like bugs, spiders, and bats, and all those things. If they're just visiting, I'll gladly let them stay at my place unless they're diseased or some shit like that. My taste in movies is awesome! My visual memory is almost unrivaled! I'm also great company for two reasons: 1) I make lots of funny-as-hell jokes, 2) almost no matter the topic, I'll manage to educate the people around me. Even if they know more about it than I (though not much in that case)! I hate lying and only do it when it's necessary. I am self-ironic to an absurd degree! I'm good at sports too, which might have something to do with good genes as my dad is an ex-Olympian. My voice is also pretty lovely, but I'd require much more practice in order to be a good singer or a voice actor. I gain muscle super-easily (which means I gain fat easily as well, I'm afraid). I make friends easily, but I also like being alone, hell yeah! And finally I excel at making brief lists of what I like about myself.

hmm.... let's see... I'm tallish (6 feet), I'm handsome, reasonably fit, I'm sweet, I'm in a band, I'm a firebreather, I'm a snowboarder, I just got a job and a girlfriend and I've almost finished uni. I'd say I'm doing pretty well.

I'm a very contend person, I hesitate to say happy, as I believe that happiness is a bit more special. When things look down, or I'm angry at people or anything negative, than within minutes I return to my equilibrium status of contentedness. Also I'm big and fairly strong, that fits well with my self image.
But perhaps what I like best about myself is my simple nature. I'm the easiest guy in the world to figure out. There really aren't any deeper layers to me. You could talk to me for 5 minutes and my my entire personality completely figured out.

I used to think I was ugly, but now I don't any more. I don't really think I'm `pretty` but I'm ok with my face.

I'm good at the things I like, and I like helping others with them. Especially games.
I'm passionate about my interests.

I dunno. This is hard.
Basically, I'm generally happy.

There are several things I like about myself, for example:

1. Despite having badly broken my hand a few years ago I can play electric bass like a boss.
2. I can talk to very big audience like its nothing.
3. I know three languages
4. I tend to be among the most intelligent people in any conversation.
5. Apparently (according to my fiancee) I am a very charming person.
6. I am getting married in less than a month to my fiancee.

there are many more but these ones should do for now =)

My best trait is adaptability, I'm not usually the best at anything or the first to do something but I can adapt as a person to deal with new things or new situations and make the most of any opportunities. Its served me well in my often haphazard and random life, been all kinds of places and lived several lifestyles and inevitably will see more.

I strive to be a man of infinite patience and sincerity. Whilst I'll never be perfect, I think I do a pretty good job.

I've also been told that I have brought enormous pleasure to the world by having such a beautiful arse.

I um. Well...

I'm a decent writer and artist? I'm generally not an asshole?

And. Uh.

I'm still alive! I like that, for the most part.

Oh! I like my eyes too. They're this pretty golden amber/brown.

...That was all I've got.

Good for you! You sound like someone who strives to be content. What more could anyone ask for out of life, really?

OT: I dropped my addiction to sarcasm and find it a lot easier to get along with people now. It really was a terrible barrier. For the first time in a long time, I feel like drawing and writing again.

I'd say my almost complete lack of judgmental nature. Several years ago, I used to be a bit of a prick when it came to judging people who embraced different beliefs or sub-cultures than me. After a bit of self-reflection, I ended up changing my ways and now I'm about the last person that will ever judge someone else based upon simple things. I really can't imagine myself not getting along swell with almost anyone now.

Well, I'm a great public speaker, I'm adept at four languages (Russian, Dutch, French and English), I know and can converse about a lot different subjects (I have a habit of learning at least one new thing every day, be it something about economics, languages, culture, history or politics. You can call it a broad but fairly shallow pool of knowledge. It alleviates the boredom), I'm good at giving constructive criticism when it's necessary and I've been told that I possess a rocking jawline.

Well, that's about it, I guess. Now if I'd only lose a bit of weight and get back to my former athletic shape I'd say that I'm a pretty decent person.

All right, I guess that's enough bragging for today. Now I'll get back to being miserable and self-loathing!!!

I am very tall, 6ft 6.
I can play guitar well with my long-ass fingers.
Open-minded and friendly and all that nice stuff.
I'm also really good at keeping myself happy and occupied.

Peh, I'm not too fond of bragging but I've been blessed with good legs via genetics and they give me some unorthodox traits which surprises people, and I do like to subvert people's expectations or beliefs.
Though way I see it my genetically awesome perfect legs are balanced by some other negatives from my body: namely I struggle to put on muscle on the arms as easily as for my legs so Ive never had the V shape a fit male is supposed to have, my hips are far too wide for it. And I've yet to find any woman who has a thing for legs so it probably gives a penalty to attractiveness due to making me a bit out of proportion, so for most girls I imagine it's a turn off especially in comparison to say, naturally muscly arms.

Anyways now that I talked about the negatives of my legs, I'll go into why they are so awesome:
Basically from a young age I noticed my legs were putting on a lot of muscle almost without effort and were bulkier then that of other kids (not due to fat but cos of muscle).
First time our class was taken to the gym for weight lifting, I went on the leg machines and put on the maximum load and casually did 5 sets of 30 in front of a horrified teacher who thought I was going to tear something.
As I grew up this became even easier and I've done sets of 100 on leg machines with the highest setting with little effort (in fact I was reading a book as I was doing them).

This leg strength translates into mighty kicks. In every karate and self defence class I've ever taken the teacher would always comment on my kicks and make me do more intense kicking exercises and katas.
First time I got into a serious fight with someone, I dislocated the dude's jaw with a kick (not that Im happy with this, I abhor violence cos I know how easy it is to seriously hurt someone, not least cos of incidents like this).
There's something reassuring about knowing no matter how big or tough a thug thinks he is, all I need is one good kick to floor the guy completely. And whilst big muscly arms might be more sexually attractive, I've found time and time again kicks>punches due to longer range.

Good legs also translate into being able to stand firm in the ground and being able to push people with a lot more strength then people expect. There's been a few times when a group of people would try to shove or push or carry me and I'd stubbornly stand my ground and become very hard to move once I planted my feet on the ground and braced myself.
This was also a reason why I was always in the scrum in rugby.

It's also helpful for carrying heavy loads.
Heck speaking of heavy loads, when I was a fat teen, fellow pupils were always shocked cos in school marathons and such I'd always be towards the middle of overall rankings/positions rather then at the back of pack like you'd expect the fat kids to be.

Finally, whether this is due to my legs being sturdy or if it's just due to a natural sense of balance completely unrelated, but I've got good balance overall, which tends to surprise people since I'm on the bulky side.
I can walk across small beams just fine. I dance much better then people expect (helps that I enjoy dancing).
My legs are also flexible enough that I can sit comfortably crosslegged for hours or do all sorts of leg exercises that people would do in yoga classes. So yeh not just strong my legs are, but flexible too! As I said, they are perfect!
And going back to karate, my previous teachers would delight in teaching me one legged stances/crane stance based attacks and defences since between my balance and my legs, I was practically made for it.

So there ya have it, I quite like my legs even if they ain't the body part most guys would choose to supercharge.
But if someone has a problem with me, I'll kick them in the face!

My abs, my biceps, my triceps, my perfect leg muscles and my overall greatness in every shape, form and size! [sub][sub]if you know what I mean[/sub][/sub]

On a more serious note.
My tattoo, I only have one, and it'll be the only one I'll ever have. I might expand it, since I could make it bigger and make some seriously nice elements to it, but for now, that's maybe the one :)

I suppose I'm good at wordplay and rhyming, I can write rap really well. I just don't have the voice to perform it myself.
Also my hair is amazing, and long enough to combine with my facial hair and look like a young dracula which is pretty cool.

I like the color pink and I, as a 33 year old male, am not ashamed to admit to such a thing.

I also like the fact that I have made moderator sky14kemea do a spit-take at her computer twice due to random funny stuff that I post.

Wub yew, spidermod. (^.^)b
