I didn't see anything too impressive. the guitar was playing the entire song and theres just him doing what he does with the telsa coils. If there was an actual tune from the telsa coils themselves, I didn't hear it, and maybe they should lose the guitar altogether.

I'm pretty sure some notes were being played by the Tesla coils, but yeah, the guitars playing the beginning along with the editing of the video made it misleading as to whether the coils were playing anything. But ditching the guitars would be a great way to step it up for the next round! Who knows, maybe that was their plan all along...?

on a side note ive seen a simliar act but the only instrument was the tesla coils themselves.

Yeah that's what I thought these guys would be doing...their act is cool, but I don't really consider it as innovative or unique as the actual musical tesla coils. :/

The loved the expressions on the judges faces when they started playing the Imperial March it was very much "oh great a bunch of nerds... next!" and then the dude in the suit stepped out and the lightening started flying and it turned into "oh crap, this is so cool!"

Band definitely overpowered the coils... from my perspective it was a guitar rendition of imperial march with a fancy light show. This audition didn't really showcase their talents.

Uh....I didn't link any videos. I'm not sure what you're talking about, but what I meant in my post was: "They[the band] weren't as cool as they[the judges] were saying..." I'm not sure if we have a misunderstanding here, or what.

still to win a talent competition...erm...i dont know...what could they do to keep going strong...different songs wont do it for me. i wont different effects. I wanna see Force:Lighting ability from the guys hands...i wanna see him hit shit...then maybe they will get a government contract to make a weapon out of it
