I really hope the judge makes them pay court costs and lawyer fees for Nintendo. I would hate to see Nintendo's ridiculously large war chest (which would likely be used to acquire new studios, make games, etc...) be even partially depleted by this nonsense.

Nintendo might just settle out. Apparently they have already done it before according to the above article posted by Pyrian

That being said. As a Texan, I still have great pride in my state, even if I don't agree with everything it does.

We still have many things to be very proud of.

Why even include Texas in the article? It has jack squat to do with the state.

Just know Texas is an easy to hate state? This is exactly what I'm talking about when I talk about spin and how sickeningly easy it is. You play off mob rule, and know most people will readily make fun of Texas.

For The Bethesda suit why isn't the article "Maryland company suing a company in Sweden"?

Because they're a more recognizable name? What bearing does that have on it?
Texas has a record of siding with the filers. A very well known, well documented record. That's why most companies file suit there if they can manage. It was probably mentioned for this reason.
