The Nanosuit 2, despite the fact that it's from a game this isn't even out yet. I read the pamphlet, though, and it sounds like it pretty much has all its bases covered.

I have to agree that the original anime Guyver: Bio Booster Armor is one of my all-time favorites. It doesn't even need "beam booby flash" type enhancements, either...
Surprised that no one has mentioned the Octocamo Suit & Mask from MGS4... Although, if I were to pick a suit from that game, I'd likely pick Laughing Octopus's, as long as it didn't require having a mental breakdown or the body of a supermodel to use... all the camoflage capabilities of Snake's Octocamo, but with the strength and maneuverability of Doc Oc.
If I had the choice between a suit of armor or genetic mutation, I think I'd go with the flexibility of Alex Mercer's Prototype forms/abilities. Let's face it, full armor with the whip arm just looked demonically bad-*ss.
