Number 5 in No More Heroes...I REALLY wanted to fight him...
That's the one Henry kills, right? I was actually looking forward to trying to fight that guy.

Also, the "president" of the enclave in Fallout three. Heard enough of his propaganda, felt good, even though he doesn't technically "die" per se, still an asshole.
Yeah, the one he killed, I was wondering what his attack was, or how to take him down, since he looked like he was crazy difficult ^^

I got to admit that I didn't like killing John Henry Eden either, his calming voice was nice, and his patriotic music made me feel like there was a chance for the future, I found in my first run through that when 3 dog was out of range (since I found away around the quest after I had my ass handed to me by the giant mutant monster >< ) I enjoyed listening to his optimistic attitude on my long happy journeys ^^

Legion in Castlevania: Curse of Darkness. i knew it was coming (spending 15 minutes walking through corridors made of flesh, hearing the deafeningly loud heartbeat, remembering Granfaloon from SotN), and it still scared the hell out of me when a colossal sphere made of bodies is what you have to fight. whenever that boss shows up in Castlevania, its fun as hell to fight, and the Nuculais after was a nice twist.

Arl Howe if you took the Human Noble Origin in Dragon Age Origins comes to mind first and Clockwork from the Sly Cooper games always pissed me off.

Dr Wily. I dont mean simply beat his death machines, i want him to just end up being executed. The old fuck practically sends tons of robots out to commit mass murder and chaos, and at the most he gets sent to jail... and then he breaks out to do it again.

Bosses you REALLY want dead are the irritating ones, the people you can't stand. So, I choose Seymour Guado, from FFX.

Not that I need to explain why, but let's review anyway. For laughs. Seymour is a pompous git who's always full of himself, born rich and royal, with his own personal Aeon at his command. He's a spoiled evil jackass who gives decent villainy a bad name.

Seymour's stint in FFX is as follow...

"Mwa ha haaa... I'm the guy in power and there's nothing you can do to stop me!"

*Dies*

"Mwa ha haaa! I'm undead now and there's nothing you can do to stop me!"

*Dies!*

"Mwa ha ha haaa! I've been stalking you on my undead chariot of doom and now you're finished at last!

*Dies Again!*

"Mwa ha ha ha haaa! I'm inside of Sin for some reason and I'm totally going to take it over from the inside, even though I have no idea how to do that and almost no chance of success!"

*Dies...Embarassingly*

The problem with Seymour was that he was an idiot. He had everything he could want handed to him, but that wasn't enough...so he murdered his father to gain even more power. But THAT wasn't enough for him, so he also wanted to become Sin for some reason. But then, THAAAT problem wouldn't be enough for him, so he'd probably try to be something else, like the friggin' parasite that started this mess in the first place!

Also, his final battle was totally a joke, and I found it quite satisfying to easy-street him to death. The man has color-coded elemental panels that determine the type of spell he's using, and they all start out on the same one, to be changed by anyone who happens to strike 'em. When I fought this guy, it was all fire, so I went "Ifrit, go teach this guy some manners!", and it worked like a charm. Seymour couldn't kill the damn Aeon. Not until he FINALLY shifted the element panels to ice. Then, I just let Shiva in and bam, done. So sad...

Agreed. He was a complete asshole and deserved to die. Twice.

Also, Kessler in InFamous, because:

His voice was so pompous and cocky that I just wanted to kick him in the face! Oh yeah, and he killed that one girl, but whatever...

Materia Keeper from FF7. I just hate him soo much!! Is like the hardest boss in the game(doesn't mean I can't take him out). Especially if you go with Vincent. :)

Well, I think this is somewhat absolved by the brutal and completely awesome way you kill his girlfriend.

OT: Juarez from Call of Juarez.

In dragon age: Arl Howe, Logain, The arl's son if you played city elf
In Modern Warefare 2: Shepard, he was dick even to the rangers
In Call of duty 4: Zahekav
Zahekav got to little screen time for me to care when he finally appeared at the end of an already pretty shit game.
Shephards motovations weren't properly explained. So he was pissed of because he lost some faceless grunts, don't take it out on the british.

I wanted Ares dead for making me go through hell....literally.

Fuckass (my Rival) in Pokémon Red. After so much trash talking, and him ALWAYS being ahead, I finally got to knock him down the final peg.

Morpha in Ocarina of Time, because it signalled the END OF THE WATER TEMPLE. (of course after beating the game 200 times, I can clear the temple in about 15 minutes, so Morpha's no longer a big deal).

Flame Leviathan in WoW. It was the first boss I ever beat in an end-game raid instance (though it was by no means an end-game boss, though that run through Ulduar took us through to the end of three Keepers, which were at that point considered endgame.)
