I generally get it from games I get really into, and strangely for me those kind of games are generally puzzle-based. Riven was probably the biggest for me, because I lost myself in that game for a rather long time, but enjoyed it thoroughly. More recently, when I spent two days playing Machinarium about 5 hours each day and then when I was done was so sad I had finished it that early.
I think this has a lot to do with the complete lack of replayabilty of these games too. I can play through half-life 2 again and still enjoy it, but I'll never be able to completely forget the puzzles I've solved.
