Unfortunate double-post but you guys left me no choice by being so inactive for a while.

I've started up a comic project which can see here at: [link]http://www.blankslatecomic.co.uk[/link].
I promise some semblance of quality and the occasional chuckle.

It's a story-focused comic set in a game that was about to go gold before a catastrophic game-ruining bug tore the whole thing down. It remains active on a test server that the devs forgot about. There the world carries on after the bug.

I started reading your webcomic. I must say it have a promising start and it look good.
So it look like it take place inside a Videogame, but then I realised even the narrator seems lost as much as the hero of the story.....so maybe is something else? I will continue reading for sure.

Also it is a good sign to have a white character for the hero. Always comics likes "Bones" and "Rice Boy" is good in my book

That's about it. Except for the first drawing, everything else is nearly a year old. I drew that first thing today after not drawing for something like 8 or so months.

Those are really good, but if I had to offer some advice, put more clothing creases around the pressure points (armpits, collar to shoulder part, framing a large chest, etc.) and less of the straight ones in the middle of clothes. I used to do the same thing.

OT: I'm not linking to my dA or anything because to be honest I feel bad when I do because I update so infrequently. But here's a thing from a couple years back.

The year is 2957, The United Earth Empire (U.E.E.) has been waging a war against a newly discovered yet unknown race of aliens classified as the Zxo'S (A race of Bio-mechanical sentient beings). Our story follows Jeremy Zadan, a good willed and slightly OCD Ex-Navy pilot, that after completing his service decided to become a hard working man in the business of transporting goods. One day, while Preparing to launch from Terra with a shipment, he suddenly gets pulled into his ship by strange unknown figure; who from that point onward would change Jeremy's life forever....

That said, it's very little information to go on. What's your premise? Who are the characters? What's the 'hook' of this comic? Give us details DAMMIT!

Art: Decent. The composition of the frames (so far) seem to serve the aesthetic goals though the detail work itself is not as complex as other works. It seems to fit, I guess but (again) I'm not sure what the point of this comic is yet.

Writing: May need some work. Again, there's so little detail here that I can't really give you a comprehensive commentary, but certain lines caused me to twitch. Here are some suggestions with the writing (take them for what they're worth).

This is plot exposition news: News broadcasts that appear out of nowhere are always a bit tacky, particularly if the characters are involved with some business wherein they're not actively listening to it.

Spool out your exposition a bit more: at the beginning of your comic I have no idea where I am, who's important, or why I should care. Once again, I recognize that it's only two pages, but there's not so much as a narration box to tell me what's going on.

Get a military adviser: Already some of the military focused dialogue may be off 'more Cruiser Class ships were destroyed...' Really? Just the Cruisers? Their Frigate and Destroyer escorts were fine? 'Jules wants to Enlist...' Most militaries require that their pilots be officers, not enlisted. It may be different in your universe...but to an outside observer it feels like a mistake. If you're planning on heavily focused military dialogue, an adviser is highly recommended.
