Pretty sure there has already been one of these but nevertheless, my artistic soul:

There once was a pretty young lass
Who had a most incredible ass

Not round and pink as you might think
But grey had long ears and ate grass!

Oh! Punderous! And what do you mean "Already been one?" This probably is that "one", it was started last September.

Oh, good. I dunno why, but I feel like I'm copping out if I have to use a photo reference for a picture. Sure, it's a legitimate tactic, but doing makes me feel like I'm being unoriginal.

I've never been very good with photo references or life drawing, or even just still life drawing...

I've only ever been good at drawing stuff strictly out of my own head, so if I wanna get good at drawing a particular thing I study it until it's stuck in my head.

It's how I've taught (and am still teaching) myself to draw hands.
So I have respect for people who CAN draw from refence with astounding results.

Photo realistic sketching is still a real jaw-dropper in my books.

Anyway!
I've got something new to drag in, it's not my typical style or theme, I'm more for things that are funny or cute or even both, excluding Cornelius who was just plain creepy...

Anyway, not been having the best of times this year and I drew this I guess to get it out of my system, or maybe just as an excuse to reflect? Who knows really?

It's sloppy, but I couldn't much be arsed...

Also, healing wound on my right palm... Not helpful when trying to use a pen or graphics tablet...

In other news, ViolentlyHappy91 has offered to make me a T-shirt with a picture of my choice on the front. After perusing all of my already-completed works, I couldn't find one that I wanted, so I took one of the pictures from the 25 expressions meme I did before and touched it up.

Well, I'm going to be drowned out by other people's pics, but there's my pick... XD

Man, this shit sucks. Not the art of course. I would never say that without giving proper reasoning. I can't work on any of my digital portfolio right now because the pen for my Wacom Tablet went missing a week ago and hasn't shown up since... It maka' me sad.
I would seriously never say "this shit sucks" about another person's art without giving a completely legitimate reason.

Speaking of tablets, how much did you pay for yours? I plan on getting one sometime...

I use one called Bamboo, it was 108 USD.
And how does that perform for its cost? I've heard Wacom is one of the best types to get...

I'll take a swing at it!
A Trio of RP characters I drew for a story I'm working on. One is based on myself (center character).

Christ. Now I feel inadequate. I do stuff like this and it pales in comparison to yours. The problem is that I have a talent, but not the focus to develop it so that my pictures are genuinely good. Further news will have to wait until I can actually find whatever folder I thought was a sensible place to put my pics.
The only advice that I can give is "Take a shot". It's what I did, when I was deathly bored and had a few spare hours. Everything went from there. It helps to have a good photo to work with if you are going to copy. Might be worth trying DeviantART stock. I get a lot of stuff from there.
