Best: Tie between the Ratchet & Clank and Jak & Daxter series. The writers for both are phenomenal and the voice actors are just superb. Has anyone NOT heard Clank, Dr. Nefarious, Mr. Zurkon, Daxter, Ahshelin or Pekar? They're GREAT at what they do as far as the actors/actresses are concerned and as an interested VA myself, I greatly admire & envy them ^-^
Worst: Has everyone purposely chosen to forget when 4Kids took over the voices for the Sonic franchise? As if the games themselves weren't bad enough. Mind you I give Griffith an A for effort, he SO did not help. Hears hopes for Sonic Colors tho, voice wise.

Ok while I have not played the game myself I have heard a lot of dialogs and monologues from Other M and it's not Resident Evil bad but damn close.XXLightning08xx said:

While I agree that is an awesome speech, the character himself really didn't emote himself that much beyond raising his voice 2-3 times. The worst, or at least the one that stand out to me the most, is the voice acting in The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. It's no secret that the voices were not acted out too well, and on top of that there were so few voice actors that it was laughable. The voice acting in Morrowind was much better, in my opinion. They should have kept the same voice actors.

Best: Daxter from the Jak and Daxter series. He... made my life so much better.
Worst: Mmmmmmmmm, I didn't really like a lot of the voice acting of a lot of the characters in Kingdom Hearts. Some I did like, others.... not so much.

Bioshock and Half-Life 2 had some pretty good voice acting.
Just Cause 2 had some hilariously bad VA, but it was intentional, so I'll let it slide.
Metroid: Other M gave one of the greatest silent protagonists in gaming history an extremely monotone annoying voice. I'd rather hear her sound like Mario in all honesty.
But the obvious worst VA would be in the Zelda CDi games. I mean good lord people...it's not even so much funny as it is completely horrifying...
